Sally Beauty Supply

Normally I don’t do reviews but the staff here was as unknowledgeable and unprofessional as they come.
I went in looking to get a new set of clippers. The two young girls behind the counter either don’t work in the cosmetology field outside of Sally’s or just didn’t care about anything other than highlights. One girl sat there painting her nails the whole Time while the other looked like a deer caught in headlights while I asked her about the clippers they sold. She even told me that didn’t carry TWO items I enquired about in which minutes later I pointed out both to her no matter than a feet away from her on the clipper shelf. While she finally took the time to see the items that her store Carries the other girl had the nerve to interrupt her and ask her what she thought about the color she was painting her nails! Based off the advice of this «professional» I purchased a blade that doesn’t even fit the clippers I currently own. This location really needs to make sure the staff they hire on actually know about hair care, etc and not just bring employees on because they look the part. I’ll stick to ordering on Amazon from now on.

I always go here for all of my at home pedicure and hair experimentation supplies! The staff is always helpful and totally friendly and who could pass on the Beauty card? –Exactly!
