I’ve been to one other Pure Barre and that was in West Palm Beach but this one is phenomenal. Everyone is so helpful and nice. They make sure you know what you need before class as well as during. They’re helpful and amazing. Today’s class was taught by Melissa and she was wonderful! I got sick during class and she checked on me as much as she could. She even called me a couple hours after it was over to make sure I was still okay and see if I needed anything. I love Pure Barre Kennesaw and I can’t wait to keep going back! Definitely recommend anyone to try it. The class is super intense but you’ll feel very accomplished at the end! I am on the new client special for $ 99 which is a super good deal. You get unlimited classes for a month.

Today I completed my 24th class at Pure Barre (wow). As soon as you walk in, the owner, Amy, greets everyone by name. I usually take classes with Kitty or Chelsea and they are absolutely amazing and extremely passionate about Pure Barre. 3 things you can expect if you do Pure Barre consistently:
1. Results (I’m seeing a smaller waist and toned arms and legs + increased flexibility and that’s coming from someone who has never stretched)
2. Fun (While things are fast paced, it’s low impact — the music is great too and really helps)
3. Addiction (I’m obsessed, I feel lost if I miss a day)
If you’ve been considering PB, just go! There are always first timers in class and all different ages. I am headed towards finally having the body I’ve always wanted! Thanks Amy and everyone at Pure Barre Kennesaw.
