If I could give no stars, I would. I sent my mom and aunt to get their nails done for my wedding. It ended up taking them 2.5 hours for a shabby job. They complained about the color, service, and everything and no one understood English or fixed the crap job. My aunt wanted acrylic tips with gel nail polish to match the regular nail polish on her toes. On her hands, she wanted gold tips with a burgundy base, I’ll attach a picture of what they did. Looks like a 5 year old did it. My mom’s nail beds were flattened out and just extremely horrid. Even after she told them to fix it. They had to repaint her nails. They told me about the unhygienic atmosphere. The towels were dirty, raggedy, and old. The bowl to soak their nails was murky. They paid for an extra massage but were left with callouses. Horrible experience. There’s a reason I stopped going here 5 years ago. Go anywhere else or do it yourself. Better than wasting your time and energy here to only be talked about rudely in a different language(they were bickering back and fourth from across the salon).

Great place! The spa pedicure was amazing, they massaged our feet for at least 20 minutes! eyebrow wax was ok. Not bad not the best either.

I have been going to Nail Time II for years with my Grandmother who has been going longer than I have and I love them. They all do a good job and take care of my old«soccer feet», and delicately remove my dreaded ingrown nails. I definitely recommend Tom for Gel Nail because he is very precise and meticulous. Everyone here is very nice and friendly. They always have enough staff and get walk-ins seated within minutes.

Really decent place to get your nails done! I also like getting my eyebrow wax done here too. I like to come in the morning when it’s not too busy. I like to relax with out the constant noise when it is busy haha. And right after I’m done I head straight to the mall ;] very convenient place for me to get my nails done!

I just moved from another state and I’ve researching nail shops. This was the 4th shop I’ve gone to since my move in January and its alright… nothing fancy! I went 2xs and after the 2nd time I will not return! The first time was nothing great but my shellac did last a pretty good time(3weeks). The 2nd time my fiancé and I went. We both got pedicures and I also got shellac again. The dying machine was old causing my nails not to dry, polish lift up, and were sticky; thus her putting 3 coats on my nails which caused them to peel sooner. The pedicure was ok, but the toe polish on my toes only lasted 1 week. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

AWFUL! The first time I went to this nail salon, I decided to get a full set. BADIDEA. They looked pretty and all, but instead of focusing on what she was doing, the nail tech chatted with a co-worker as she caked on the nails soo thick that when I went to get them off at another salon a few weeks later, it not only took over half an hour, but I little to no nail left underneath. A few months later, I decided to stop in again as I was in a hurry before going out of town the following morning. This time, I decided on the gel nail polish. The nail tech not only took twice as long as this procedure usually takes, but she mixed up the colors, applying a different color on for the second coat. The result looks worse than it would if I had hurriedly polished my own nails with standard nail lacquer. What a waste of time and money. Avoid this place and drive to Ken’s Nails on Chastain just 5 min away.

This is the your standard run of the mill salon. Nothing special, nothing to write home about. There are two male nail techs that do an amazing pedicure! Other than that — the nail tech who did my manicure cut me with the cuticle remover — ouch and waaaa! Because then she proceeded to put nail polish remover AKA Acetone on the open bleeding cut… yummmy. NOT. The wax tech TOREMYSKINOFF. I would NOT wax here! INSHORT — go in for a pedi and have one of the male techs do it, other than that… RUN!
