I’ve called, emailed, and have met the employees here on several occasions and have never left with a bad impression or experience. Friendly and willing to work with you on any issues you may have. They are on top of HOA rules and regulations and will mail out notifications/​reminders promptly. The letters are formal and may sound stern but if you talk to them and keep them informed on what’s going on they are more than fair and willing to work with you (Joanne is great!). Legacy Park is a nice community in Kennesaw, and their HOA manages the community well.
