Innovation Compounding

Don’t use this Pharmacy! I have had to call up there on several occasions checking in on my medications. Their turn around is inexcusable for a mail order pharmacy and some of their staff is quite ill-​mannered. The few times I have had to speak to a pharmacist, I have only been able to speak to Tara, who comes off as annoyed that she even has to speak with me. I have had better customer service at CVS pharmacy with their Pharmacists than I have experienced at Innovation Compounding.
Innovation Compounding came highly recommended by a friend of mine, but he has since switched compounding providers as well. He had the wrong medicine shipped to him on numerous occasions! They seem to be very disorganized and poorly run and that makes me very uncomfortable considering these people are making my medications.

Such a great pharmacy!!! Everyone is so friendly and efficient! Wouldn’t use anyone else!

The staff is so friendly and the service is incredible. The pharmacists are hard-​working, friendly, and can answer any question you may have. They serve patients across the country, and yet they make you feel like part of their family. Every person at this pharmacy is intelligent and incredibly polite. I would recommend this compounding pharmacy to anyone.

This compounding pharmacy is full of friendly people but when it comes to dispensing prescriptions I have been disappointed on several occasions. They have kept me waiting when I was told the prescription would be ready. They have delayed refills when my doctor had already authorized refills. It seems like their computer system is always giving them problems. They carry Ortho molecular supplements OTC but you can get better prices elsewhere. What really ruined things for me was when the mailed someone else’s prescription to me.
I’m looking for a better compounding pharmacy. This one is an under performer.
