The only reason they have a one star from me, is because there is nothing less. I went on yesterday to get my nails done, I had a broken nail, the technician put acrylic on that nail to patch up the break. I guess she didn’t think to do the whole nail in a thin layer of acrylic, but today my nail rebroke in the same spot she patched up. If she had done it correctly the first time, I wouldn’t have returned. What made me mad, is the fact the manager(I guess), treated me like it was my fault. Because I know I have a break I am very careful with that hand. She wanted me to pay for something that was suppose to be done correctly the previous day. I liked this place until the owner treated me like crap. Also, they have technicians that act like they don’t want to be there and aren’t friendly. I told them they have lost a loyal customer. They need lessons in customer service. Yes I am one person, but this person has a voice and isn’t afraid to voice her opinion. Go at your own risk. Plus I would prefer to see the autoclave when getting the tools needed for mani/pedis. I have been to cosmetology school, and they do teach nail care.
