Always friendly service and very fast! They have the best waffle bowls and always have a stock freshly made. Very clean and I love the ice cream of course! Perfect place to go for a quick delicious dessert! :)

I know Cold Stone is pricey but if you want incredible ice cream, I mean the Cake Batter, COME ON this is GOOOOOOD! Just go. Stop whining about the prices. Treat your friends! Happy Holidays. Gabby

My first trip to this place, HOLY COW! How did I not know this place was here? Hands down the BEST ice cream I have ever had in my life! I will be back soon!

20 people in line and only 4 staff members! Bad management. You know this is the season why not have extra staff on hand?

The ice cream here was really good and our service was great I got the red velvet dream and my friend got the mud pie they were both really good and there was like no wait unlike other ice cream stores this place is my new favorite ice cream shop the only thing I didn’t like about this place is the sizes the medium size is really big and it’s way more ice cream than usual but the everything’s really cheap the medium and large sizes are only 50 cents more than the small one

Service was quick & very friendly. I went in with my boyfriend & we took awhile to read through their menu & asked a few questions but they were very nice & didnt seem to mind. They answered our questions & helped us picked the ice cream we wanted. It was delicious & i cant wait to come back!

As always, the ice cream is good. The only thing to rate it for is really the service. As someone else said, they hire college students and that reflects the type of service you’ll get. It’s not bad, they were friendly, but they were obviously still being trained since all the sizes we ordered were messed up when we got them.

Everyone knows what makes Coldstone «special» or «different» from other ice cream places, but with this one being staffed by college students, you can’t expect too much in the service department. I think the manager could work with the employees a little more on that. The ice cream is good and my favorite is still the pumpkin when it’s rolled out in fall, but nothing exceptional about this location.

This place is a unique ice cream parlor because they take your selected ice cream flavor and mix in any toppings you’d like on a cold slab, so you end up with pieces of toppings mixed into your ice cream rather than on top of your ice cream or blended in. They have a variety of suggested mixes listed on the board, although you can also just get your ice cream flavor alone with or without toppings, too. I always get the «Cookie Doughn’t you want some» flavor in a waffle cone, which mixes raw cookie dough, fudge, and caramel into sweet cream ice cream, and my boyfriend loves the Oreo concoction. They have tons and tons of toppings, from brownies to caramel and all of the candy bar pieces you could want, and often have fat-​free ice cream, frozen yogurt, or sorbet, too. They also do 10% off with college ID, which is great! Their ice cream cakes come in various sizes and are AMAZING! It’s a mixture of ice cream with real cake, and the frosting is legit — not the «is-​this-​edible?» type that is found on the ice cream cakes from other companies.

Alex made us two awesome milkshakes. The chocolate peanut butter tasted just like a Reese’s cup and my coffee caramel latte was perfect! Hey, if you are going to consume mass amounts of calories, make them super tasty ones at Cold Stone Creamery!

This place was our saving grace after a TERRIBLE dinner. I got The Pie Who Loved Me and it was an explosion of yummyness in my mouth! You can never go wrong with ice cream, or at least ice cream from here. :D

U like ice cream, We do too! My fiancé loves this place. My only suggestion is that they stay open later if guest keep coming in! Mix your own food and 10% discount if KSU student.

Last time I went here I had the Cinnamon Caramel Gingerbread and, being a gingerbread fan, loved it. I love that they have all these premade flavors you can choose from or make your own with all sorts of crazy combinations.
They also have pints and quarts you can buy from the freezer as well as some premade ice cream cakes which look very appetizing.
All in all, I like this place a lot but don’t dare go here to often due to all of the delicious flavors combinations I can find myself ogling whenever I do.

The ice cream was great… the service was friendly. Theresa had the girls sing for their tips when I put my change in the tip jar. It was great. Good price for the ice cream. We went on Waffle Wednesday, which meant that when you order a cone or a cup and it’s waffled, it’s free (the cone or cup… not the ice cream).
