Great Cajun spiced fries! If anything order the fries. I promise you won’t be disappointed! Bring your patience with you, because it takes awhile to get through the line just to order. I’ve only been twice, and the first time I stood in line forever and finally gave up and walked out. The 2nd time I went back, there was still a wait, but not as bad since it was after the lunch rush. All in all, it was worth it! Especially those hand cut fries!!! They have a menu of other seasonings for your fries but the girl who took our order suggested the Cajun spice. They were so good!

Update. I’m a fan. Great veggie burger and delicious fries. I visit anytime we are in the Kennesaw area. The rooftop is great too.

Tasty, delectable burgers… Onion rings are addictive… Great experience… The kitchen was out of what I ordered and the manager went out of his way to resolve the problem. Wonderful burger! Great sundaes! We’ll keep coming back!

Loved the burger; hated the prices. I felt like an idiot spending $ 15 on fast food but that’s what it cost me for a burger, large fries, and a drink. The cups they give you are so small, I had to get up multiple times for refills(if you sit on the roof this becomes more annoying). The condiment section lacked variety. Just ketchup and mayo. No barbecue sauce?! For $ 15 I should be able to customize my order. This was a place I had on my bucket list to try but I wasn’t really impressed. I think Cheeseburger Bobby’s is a better option if you want a good meal with unlimited options of condiments and seasonings.

Great location. We always love sitting upstairs outside and watching the trains go by. A little pricey for a Hamburger. The milkshakes are very good as well.

This is my 3rd time at BurgerFi and previously I have always really liked it; however, after my visit tonight I am questioning it. This was my $ 5 burger. I’ve seen more meat in a slider burger. I was very disappointed and was left hungry when I am normally stuffed. To add even more disappointment, the fries were not fully cooked. :(

Loving this place! The burgers are smaller than what you may be used to but this is because they exercise portion control. My burger was perfectly sized and delectable. I got the conflicted burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun and while the beef was amazing I was thrilled with the veggie patty that came on it. It offered lots of crunch and you could see the veggies it was made of. Simply amazing. The onion rings and fries were great too. You had the option of seasoning the fries and whichever way you wanted and the onion rings were gigantic. Couldn’t even finish my food. Will definately be eating here again. Next time I’ll have to get a shake!

Love this place. Good food and great staff, I’ve never had an issue with service or worth lines getting too long. Great downtown location.

Okay, so I’ve been taking the boys out to BurgerFi for several months when the wife has Bunco and whatnot. Well tonight was an absolute customer service nightmare. Look, I get that the kitchen gets backed up and I accept occasionally we have to wait. But never in my life have I been asked to wait over 15 minutes ATTHEREGISTER because the manager told the cashier to STOPTAKINGORDERS! Are you kidding me! And the«manager» kept ignoring the poor girl and the ever growing crowd of disgruntled customers. This guy has NOIDEA what customer service is and should be removed from his position.

Burgers and fries were yummersz. So fresh. However the diced onions that I asked for were nasty. Also I had a vanilla milkshake and I found it way way too sweet. Make it creamier and less sweet and more people will like it I’ll guarantee. Same issue with the custard. Meh.

This is my 3rd review, 2nd update for BurgerFi in downtown Kennesaw Two of us stopped by Tuesday night approximately 6:20 p.m. and it wasn’t busy at that moment, a good thing for us as we were ready to eat. BF now offers a modified Brisket Burger(2 patties) with some type of honey«something» sauce, so I opted to try it. The other burger was a single cheese with grilled onions, plus a side of fries. Ordering process was very slow; in-fact the process seemed complicated for the host. I rolled with it and hoped this wouldn’t set the tempo for the rest of this visit. Our order took 19 minutes to receive, and based on the lack of customers, unacceptable. The kitchen staff was working in slow motion, and I know this, as it’s an open kitchen and since we had excessive time to kill, we watched them. They were operating like they were cooking for 1 family at their home, not a restaurant. One — thing — at — a — time — slow. «You’re killing me Smalls!» There was no flow for the employees work pattern; there was no pattern at all. Everything was clunky, like my kids helping me in my kitchen. We could see our order on the tray, but the young lady gave it back to the cooks. There was a back-n-forth conversation, and after a minute, decided to give us our tray. She finally set off the buzzer and we collected our meal. I can state the appearance of the food was a ray of sunshine(see picture) and therefore my hopes soared. Brisket burger was cooked correctly, not over-cooked or burned, rather still juicy which I was about to discover just how juicy. As I attempted to pick-up my burger, I didn’t know the bottom portion of the bun was completely saturated in grease, so-much-so grease saturated pieces of dough(bun) seeped through my fingers as grease dripped down my hands; eliciting a «Gross» from my 11YO. Essentially, I had a bottomless burger. The burger itself was good, nice flavor. I had desired a bottom bun, yeah… 2nd burger however was well overcooked, very dry and rubbery. How much so? When a hungry 11YO pushes half the burger away and states, «its just Ok», red flag. My kids eat burgers like flies attacking food at an outdoor picnic. This was an issue. I tried it, and yes, a dried out patty was sitting between the buns. My reply? I’ll just state, not good. Fries were good, tasty. We should have bought a larger order. Closing. BurgerFi has clearly become hit or miss. They really do have a good concept and their product was outstanding in the past, it’s not anymore, but doesn’t mean it can’t be outstanding in the future. My appreciation for them has dwindled down and frankly, the words BurgerFi has already left my vocabulary. We went from going monthly, to tapering off drastically. My previous visit in Dec 2015 left a bad taste in my mouth, and this visit did little to improve it. So, if we go again, I’m thinking summer 2016. I’m sure they’ll have all new employees and maybe they can get it right.

I stopped here today with a group before hitting the movies. I had a triple cheeseburger with bacon, grilled onions, mayo, and an egg. I also got the fries and onion rings mix. The burger was very good, but I asked for a runny egg and it was pretty much cooked hard. They also forgot the bacon, but they made it up quickly by giving me a very nicely sized portion cooked nice and crisp. The fries were good and I was happy with them, but the onion rings were fantastic. They’re large, fried nice and crispy, but they’re not greasy at all. There’s also something they added into the batter that made them really stick out. Price-wise, they’re about on par with 5 Guys, but we all agreed that the burger and sides far exceeded 5 Guys in quality in all areas. Also, offering multiple beers is a nice touch as I feel like certain foods just go well with a good beer. All of us will definitely be going back when we’re in that area.

This place was ok but there were things that turned me off to dining there. 1. The burgers were sold with lots of fancy adjectives to make you think you were getting some kind of amazing burger that was from a unicorn or something — but you end up eating below average quality burgers in the end. Hardee’s is better. 2. The owners took shortcuts for design and you have to walk out to the sidewalk area to go upstairs to the top area. Here you will find uncomfortable & flimsy seating so it is not even a good place to watch a game. The shakes are good however and the staff has always been friendly.

If you want a deliciously sloppy burger, go to Five Guys. If you want a deliciously sloppy burger with class, some mind-altering fries, onion rings you can wear as a hat, and a lovingly curated selection of beer, go to BurgerFi.

The food is worth 5 stars the price I give one star so that’s where I get to the average of 3 stars. The burgers are sized to be priced at roughly 3 to $ 4 but the restaurant feels that the products are worth $ 7. I had one hamburger one hotdog one drink and my total was $ 17. They really need to up the size of their hamburgers and include fries with the burgers and that would help justify the prices. They are really bad priced.

This is my second time going to burgerfi, even though the first time I went to the Atlanta location. I liked the Kennesaw location as well because they have great customer service and they made sure I had everything I needed at my table. I ordered the breakfast all day burger with hand cut fries which was great and cooked really well. They have an upper and lower outdoor seating area out looking the downtown Kennesaw area which is a great view and it’s also a very comfortable setting to enjoy the summer months. I definitely recommend trying them out at least once because they have some of the best burgers and fries.

I’ve heard a lot about this place and we went for Father’s Day this year. It was packed, and has a very cool look and feel to it. It’s very modern and hip, so I get the draw, AND they serve beer so that helps. The line was pretty long but since it was Father’s Day I held down a table(they were scarce at the time because it was so busy) while my wife waited in line, so I couldn’t tell you what the hold up was. Everything is ordered at the counter so if you wanted another beer, sides, etc. then you’re waiting again. Probably not normally as bad as it was this one night, but still noticed it. I ordered the twenty THETWENTYEIGHT — figured it was my day so I could have the expensive burger on the menu. It was good(I got it without blue cheese), as I’m sure all the burgers on the menu are, and the bun had a cool BurgerFi brand on it. While it was tasty I couldn’t help thinking my $ 12 burger would have tasted as good as the $ 6-$ 7 one — lesson learned for next time! As for the sides I liked the fries, but wasn’t a fan of the onion rings. It may have been an off batch, but they were all breading and way too hard for my liking. Next time I want to try the custards — but wasn’t going to wait in another line to do so today! This place will get another visit for sure, but hopefully we can go when it’s a little less busy.

Very happy to report that management has reconsidered the patio door open/close policy and the last 4 random days I’ve driven by, the patio door has been closed. It’s great to see a team that is at the top of their game in the kitchen and in from of the house as well. Their quick response to the fly issue posed by the always-open patio door is an excellent indication that they care about guest feedback and delivering the best experience. (And, it means I don’t have to wait for winter to keep coming back here for one of the top 2 burgers in Kennesaw: The Twenty-Eight. Order it. It is worth the extra green!)
