Huge store, lots of knick-knacks, bric-à-brac & the like! I prefer mid-century modern… sadly, not a lot of that here but the place is huge and has a tacky something er other for just about everyone! Friendly staff, clean restrooms and good hours. Lots of booths with 15−25% off. Only gave 3 stars because it was more country, shabby chic, 1980’s, oak stuff and NO mid-century modern.

There are definitely some great finds in here particularly some solid furniture and era specific pieces. Prices vary of course from vendor to vendor, so take the time to really look around. There are plenty of interesting things to see.

I recently visited Big Shanty Antiques and I was blown away! I was especially captivated by booth numbers d2 and 329(booths are numbered in front of booth). You would not believe the amazing antique furniture and collectibles they had and WAY lower prices than any other antique places I’ve frequented! They also had beautiful jewelry with extremely low prices. The owners of the booths happened to be there(vendor 730) and took time to answer all my questions. It was an amazing experience and I will be back!

As with most«booth» antique malls, the price is relative to the guy that owns the booth. You can get some pretty decent stuff here at a reasonable price from some, and a jacked up price from the next guy. Just have to be careful and research your buy prior to picking it up. Overall though the variety is pretty good due to the size. Always worth a walkthrough.
