Run dont walk away from these guys. They are crooks. They operate from behind locked doors with video surveillance. That alone should be warning enough. A fool and his money are soon parted.

For the past several months rent payments have been delayed over 30 days when for the entire prior year they have been on time. A company’s internal processes and administrative issues should never affect its customers. No prior notice sent out regarding any delays, no explanations and no remorse. I thought that it would be a one month event but it is very clear that our payments will be at their mercy from now on. If the customer expresses any frustration they are met with idle threats and unprofessionalism. The way they handle complaints is not customer centric at all and in dealing with them it quickly became very clear that they have a very inflated opinion of themselves and their company. Don’t expect this company to ever say, «you’re right, we made some internal changes which yielded unexpected results or you’re right, we should have communicated earlier and better» The customer is never right and treated like a little third grader. I am not retarded, I know that weekends are not business days, can you condescend to me any more? I actually didn’t understand the payment cycle chart because they didn’t have cartoon giraffes on it. Give me a break! Very disappointing. If the tenant pays on or before the due date I expect my payment then not 30+ days later.
