I’ve been here a few times for hard to find hardware (bolts, nuts, screws, etc.) and every single time there has been a very kind and helpful person that helps me with what I need. They also always greet me too. In addition, the store is very clean and organized.

I did not have the same experience as the previous posters. I found the owner here to be quite rude and condescending. I can not recommend this location and I will NOT be back. However, the location on Dallas Acworth Hwy has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have great prices too! They get my business when I’m in need of anything Ace can provide.

Stopped in today to get some keys made. I had to do so since the pair I had made at Walmart didn’t work.
We were greeted with a warm welcome from Al. We are beyond pleased with his customer service. He even went the extra mile to fix the keys that were made incorrectly from Walmart.
Will definitely be coming back!

I was looking for a key for a Hyundai Santa Fe; I had called several Home Depots w/​o any luck. Called Ace Mountainview; they had the blanks for both transponder (Ace price is $ 30-​$ 70) and non-​transponder (mine were $ 2.49).
Courteous, professional and knowledgeable; the staff will either find it for you or point you in the right direction. Thanks guys!

I do my best to support local hardware stores.
In this case its kind of hard. The lady at the counter usually snarls at you if you don’t buy something. Sometimes I am browsing. I am looking for something. You don’t have it. Thats why I don’t buy anything.
Plus the prices are just nuts. It’s a very expensive store and frankly you can buy 90% of this stuff elsewhere cheaper.

A great, old-​school, family run hardware store. It’s much friendlier than big box stores. Granted, they don’t have he space to offer the selections of some of he larger stores, but there’s something nice about being greeted by dad at the service counter and rung up by mom at the register that just feels… right.
The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
