People here are so rude! I hate them! Who is mean when you are picking up a trailer, nasty, rude, people who hate their jobs! They don’t deserve a one star. They are a negative to me.

do not rent from this location!!! totally incompetent and my car was damaged from the worker guiding me on the hitch too far!!! go to penske! this location is horrible!!! they are slow and lackadaisical!!!

Downright horrible! Not only are they as slow as molasses here, there is one employee who is so incredibly ungentlemanly and rude. This was probably the worst service I’ve ever received. (It’s comparable to a time when a restaurant employee actually tasted the food on my plate after I told him it wasn’t good and returned the plate to me). This rude store employee slammed the door in my face, was defensive and aggressive with me, offered me no assistance with unloading a bunch of UHaul products for return from my car, and after I struggled to get everything inside the store for the return, the employee was completely unknowledgable about how to ring in the return. Thus, after I had been standing in line for 30min with only 1 person ahead of me and had brought in all of that merchandise per this employee’s request, the employee actually concluded that he couldn’t help me!
