They installed the AC system on the house I’m renting. Not only had they installed it improperly, they’ve been rude on the phone, taken months to get someone out here, and been difficult overall in regards to getting the system fixed. This is New Orleans, for crying out loud– if there’s one thing that needs to be working correctly in the summer, it’s an AC system. Overall, their service and customer service is subpar.
