Not having had a Rally Burger in something like 20 years I had to pull in while hunting for lunch today. The #1, the Big Buford was calling my name! I must say that the young lady that took my order was very friendly and nice. Getting back to my office and unwrapping the Buford told me nothing had changed, I looked and tasted as good as I had remembered those 20 odd years ago. The fried were little over done, but fresh and crispy. I will be back once I work these 1,000 plus calories off!

So coming in from out of town where we don’t have a Rally’s, you can imagine how big my eyes lit up to see one right in front of me! Couldn’t wait to get my hands on those fries. Well we saw that it opened at 10:00am so we patiently waited in the car since it was 9:56am. A couple minutes after 10:00am we go to the drive thru window and waited to be greeted, nothing. We drive around to see if maybe we got the hours wrong and nope it says 10am on the window and the employee is standing right there. We drive through the speaker again, waited, and nothing! We drive passed the serving window and the girl wouldn’t even look at us. Thanks Rally’s. It’ll be another 20 years before I have you again.

The two stores in Kenner are the worst
The one by Clearveiw and walmart ok
, have a hard time going back, wish they would clean house and hire staff with manners and service, not angree dirty people with dirty finger nails and no hair nets and uniforms that looked like never washed, shame. when you can smell odor from your running car, makes me mad Please someone respond to my Unilocal

I just left from this location and the food was good but the customer service sucks! I ordered my food drove up to the window and I added an item for one of my kids. The cashier took money handed it to me and closed the window. When our food was ready, she opened the window handed me the bag and closed the window in my face. She didn’t say thank you or have a nice day! I’ve was a part of the customer service business for a very long time. It doesn’t matter where U work. ALWAYS welcome a customer and even if u don’t say come back again, thank them and wish them a good day:-) I will not be going back to this place ever again!

Rally’s seasoned fries were the first fries I can remember truly loving. For me Rally’s fries are the best and are even better than McDonald’s popular fries. My poison is a Rallyburger, fries, and a banana shake. Talk about a diet killer but I don’t care. When it’s good like Rally’s I cave in. Always.
The service at this location is typical of most fast-​food places. Lots of time the service and accuracy of orders leaves a lot to be desired. You seem to always check your order before you drive off at fast food places because they mess up often. I’ve had quite a few missteps here with order accuracy but c’est la vie. Drab personalities are the norm here from the staff.
