Terrible customer service. I called from the mall parking lot at 9:20am telling them where I was, requesting specific directions. Not until I parked and got to the store did I learn that they don’t open till 10:00am. When I called would’ve been an excellent time to share that fact.

I am about 20 years too old for this place, but it looks like a place I would shop at if I was 18 and had little money. The clothes appear hip in the slacker kind of way. You could probably get 4 new outfits for $ 100.
