Overcharged me and then didn’t complete the job as promised. Not to mention that my apartment was relatively clean already! Beware because they charge your card long before the job is even started!!!

I spoke with Juanita regarding scheduling and arrangements, including a rate of 125 $ for our 1100 sqft home. She seemed very professional and explained in detail what services would be provided. These included mopping of floors, cleaning the fan blades, and wiping baseboards. Wiping baseboards seemed to be extravagant for a one time cleaning so I was excited! The team of 2 arrived on time and got right to work.
The results looked OK from a distance. I just needed the basics done during the busy holidays while my housekeeper needed the week off. I’ll mention just a few of noticeable things were not done:
1. The kitchen was not thoroughly mopped as there were splashes of milk for my baby that were spilled that morning in multiple places on kitchen floor.
2. Small appliances on the kitchen counter were not moved and wiped (i.e. crumbs behind the toaster, coffee grinds next to the coffee maker). Wiping kitchen surfaces seems pretty basic.
3. The baseboards (that I could have cared less if they were wiped down) were not. No big deal. Juanita said it would be done, it was not.
And honestly, I was annoyed, but not too bothered that the job was sloppy. I JUST checked my bank account and see that I was charged $ 165.00 rather than the agreed upon $ 125.00. Previous reviewers mentioned being upsold before the job was finished; no additional charges or fees were ever discussed. I’ll take every measure to reverse this charge. I’ll pay what I agreed upon for shoddy work, but not a penny more.
