Parking here is a nightmare. This branch is always crowded and the way the room is organized, I can see the long lines of people waiting to speak with a banker. As for the tellers, Chase is trying to transition some of its posts into automated tellers, which i admit to be convenient but something I find very impersonable and cold. Brave New World right? Overall the branch served my needs well, but the experience from start to finish is always something I’m not looking forward to.

Lines literally OUTTHEDOOR on a Saturday morning because the decided to only have 2 out of 5 possible tellers, and replace the other 3 with machines that most people can’t use– if they had their debit card WITH them, most people wouldn’t be inside anyway! Pointless.

Willing to answer any questions you may have. At times I have many question. They help me and suggest easier solutions. A+ service
