Always excellent. Always professional. Have used Jameson Electric several times for different electrical work around the home and always very pleased from my initial phone contact to the technicians and finished work. Excellent company to work with.

Bob the technician was great. My review is directed towards the company’s pricing structure and procedures and not Bob the technician. I used Jameson to replace a standard $ 15 capacitor on an AC condensing unit. I was charged a $ 46.50 service charge and over $ 325 for the capacitor which I could have bought at Home Depot for no more than $ 15. The work took less than 20 minutes to diagnose and install. The pricing for this work was through the ceiling and I feel that I was overcharged especially when I asked the specific question as to the going rate to buy a new capacitor before it was installed. I was told that it was $ 300 plus. I will always get 3 estimates for this type of work in the future. You fool me once… shame on you… you fool me twice… shame on me!

Technician Bob was awesome! He went and got the parts he needed, and got my super old central air unit blowing cold air in a short period of time.
Update: Being a new home owner I did not know costs related to HVAC. I had another technician look at the work, and was told I was overcharged by a few hundred dollars. The company has yet to provide me an itemized costs invoice, and told me they charge a «flat rate» for the services. I will not be using their services in the future.

$ 358 to install a thermocouple? I think not. I had already told them what was broken, so I did not pay their estimate/​trip charge. Not sure what truck they think I just fell off of. Adema charged $ 167 after a $ 10 online coupon. That included trip/​part/​install/​tax.
I write this to remind me not to call Jameson again and to warn others.
