Which Wich

One of my favorite sandwich spots thus far! Love how they have the bags set up so you can choose/​check all the ingredients that you want and the instructions on how you’d want your sandwich prepared. Everything tastes full of flavor. One of my favorites is the black bean burger because it’s just simply delicious. I just think you get your money’s worth for the sandwich that you get.

SO GOOD! I am in love with good sandwiches. While studying at Pasion Del Cielo I decided to pop on over and check them out. I was instantly greeted by a bubbly girl who was helpful in explaining the menu!
I ordered the BLT with Avocado (extra .50) on a 7 inch (Small) and it came out to around $ 8. You choose your meat (pork/​ham, vegetarian, seafood, chicken…) then you fill your order out on a brown paper bag, checking off toppings and extras as well as any sauces. I love the idea.

, I love the bread they use… It reminded me of this sandwich I had in Ireland. They have a «Skinny MyWhich» which is where they scrape out some extra bread, I asked the guy making mine if he could do it since I didn’t bubble it and he said yeah for sure. I was left with a crunchy, somewhat like a baguette style bread with soft center. He toasted it so my bacon was crispy and fresh and filled with shredded lettuce which I actually prefer over long pieces of Romaine, everything tasted so fresh.
I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited for a new sandwich place lol I’ll be back…

It’s a fine sandwich place, nothing crazy. I think the whole «put your order on the bag» seems kind of unnecessary since when I got to the register the girl verbally confirmed my whole order again.
The quality is much better than subway or those other chain places and it’s nice to have an option that does custom sandwiches in the neighborhood.
This will not be the best sandwich you ever ate, but if you’re craving deli meat on a sub it’ll be just fine.

Best sandwiches ever. Everything is super fresh, prices are more than reasonable, and the staff is super friendly and always with high energy. Fully custom built subs that will fill you and want to go back for more!

I hate giving only 2 stars and wish that I could give 2.5 It’s an interesting concept that falls a little flat on delivery. I wanted to recreate a Philly Cheese sub. When I checked off onions, peppers, and mushrooms, I wanted to make sure they were cooked. So I had to talk to the employee that I gave my bag to. So why not just have me give her the order anyways? Also, the employee that was calling out names was practically whispering names. It’s a loud little place. It’s okay, but I’d only go back with a promotional offer.
Also, their points program is a non-​starter for me. It’s too complicated. Just tell me how many sandwiches I’d have to buy before you give me a free one.

So i have a friend that lives in Dallas, Tx. and has talked to me about this place many many times saying it’s one of her favorite sandwich places. When I learned that Which Wich was going to open in Dadeland I was very excited to go see what the hype was all about. The Sandwich parlor is bright, clean, nicely decorated and has a friendly staff. As soon as you arrive you will notice next to the entrance they have a dispenser with paper bags that contain the information of the type of sandwiches they sale. So to order it works like this… you have to pick the paper bag of the Sandwich you want to eat, you write your name, check with a marker the items you want on it, and then you go to the register, hand out the bag, pay, and then they will take care of the rest. I have to say that if you are not familiarized with this system, it’s confusing and time consuming, you end up having to find, and read every single paper bag, to see what you like, decisions, decisions, also the paper bag stand is located outside the restaurant at the entrance, so if it is your first time there you won’t see the actual menu there to get some reference first, then after you pick out your bag you have to sit down and check-​mark the options you like, making the process even more slower… to our luck, even though it was a Wednesday during lunch time, the place was empty, so we took our time and then ordered without a problem. One thing I didn’t like is that you don’t get to see when they are making the sandwich, you will receive it prepared when they deliver it to your table, so you don’t get to say if you like more of this, less of that, change your mind, etc etc… Anyways is inevitable to compare it with their direct competition, which is SUBWAY, where you get to stand in a fast pace line through out the preparation of your meal, see and choose whatever you like without having to regret anything later on. Ok so talking about the sandwich… the ingredients where fresh, good quality and good. My sandwich was ok, I mean the bread itself was delicious but for example… I ordered «The Wicked» sandwich, Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Pepperoni, Bacon + Three Cheeses of Your Choice… featured in their website with a picture loaded with meat and other ingredients… but my sandwich was literally loaded with spinach and veggies and I had to open the bread and double check it inside to see if I had received a wrong type of sandwich… Meat Cuts and Cheese where no where to be found… like I’m not exaggerating. SO if you ask me, it was good BUT, if I have to choose between Subway and WW, without a doubt I ratter go to Subway!!! Its basically the same thing but BETTER! in all aspects…

I found this place when I was living in Texas and from the moment I tried it I was a fan. I enjoy the fact that you built your own sandwich. I can put exactly what I want which by the way they have a lot to choice from. I normally get the Italian one but next time I will make an effort to get out of my habit and try something different. It’s a good place to come during lunch due to being quickly made. Love this place!

I had heard of Which Which as one of the up and coming franchises and first tried the one across from the Miami courthouse downtown and anxiously awaited the one in Kendall’s opening. We just had lunch there today and it was delicious. The gyro sandwich was tasty as was the French Dip. In addition to all the extra toppings they offer with the sandwiches, they also offer the ability to make it skinnier by scooping out the inside of the bread reducing the amount of carbs. I had this option and the flavor was a rich as if it were there. If you are driving to the location, you can park in the garage and get a validation for free parking.

This is such an awesome discovery for me! I’m obsessed with these subs!
You grab a paper bag and check off everything you want on your subs including meat and veggies (or just veggies for vegetarians) then you hand it off to the cashier and they do the rest. You can get a 7″ 10″ or 14″ sub. They are huuuuge and so filling. And of course, delicious!

shiner bock and which wich are the two things i learned about when i lived in dallas. i am so happy to know they are in miami now and although this location is not near to where i live, i already been to this location 5 times in the last couple of months. in my opinion these are the best sandwiches you can get without getting all froofroo fancy pants. the ingredients are fresh and there are plenty of delicious options to choose from. service at this location is also nice and helpful, so if im in the area and i am i-​feel-​like-​having-​a-​sandwich hungry, this is my spot.

They didn’t make my sandwich right the first time (green eggs & ham without the ham!) and had to wait for it to be re-​made until after they finished other pending orders.

I was excited to see this place finally open up as I frequent this area a lot and have eaten at every food place in the shopping center. I stopped for lunch with my boyfriend and was greeted kindly and also met with a confusing wall of menus and paper bags. I usually pick up on things quickly but I actually had to ask a guy to explain it to me which he did with a smile :)
We placed our order and had our sandwiches in five minutes. Only my small 7 inch sub was huge and his 10 inch sub was tiny. Hm, they prob just mixed our bread. He went to ask if he could get a new sandwich and when I bit into mine, my turkey sandwich had half his toppings and half of mine. So we had to get that one fixed too.
The guy was nice and gladly made two new sandwiches. Then my boyfriend got his new sandwich and it had turkey and ham when he had picked a chicken sandwich. It wasn’t really that packed so I assume the guy just had a blank.
The subs were delicious and Im going to come back because I really enjoyed it and everyone was very kind. It was just a little strange with our mix up in subs but oh well. I’d recommend trying it out but check that your sub is correct!

I’m really surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews. It’s really good and fairly priced.
Had the Gyro bolwich, and while their gyro meat was definitely not what you’ve come to expect, it was actually delicious in its own right. Pile on the veggies cuz their free and hummus is considered a veggie so it’s a great way to make the salad extra filling.
I will certainly be back!

Service and staff are excellent, I always get the chicken bowl wich with balsamic dressing and it is fantastic great option for healthy eating.

You can pick and customize any style of sandwich to your liking. I’ve tried a variety of custom sandwiches here and they have all been so GOOD and clearly made with love!

Being a huge fan of publix subs, I was hesitant to try this place. I’m so glad I did!!! The sandwiches are delicious & you have so many options to mix and match different things. They also have delicious milk shakes. Also, free wifi & satisfaction guaranteed. Service was very fast & staff was friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pretty cool sandwich shop. This part of Dadeland has been developing a lot so it feels like a very small downtown area. We were lucky enough to find a spot out front, but there is also an underground parking garage. As you walk in, there is a wall of numbers, each number corresponds to a different sandwich protein or filling. You pick a bag out from the number bin that is on the wall and you fill out the bag with everything you want your sandwich to have and how you want it to be prepared. It was really simple to understand.
I decided to go with the chicken pesto, whole wheat ‘hotwich’, filled it up with lots of veggies, and paid extra for some bacon! I love this style of ordering because it is a lot easier to just write it all down and your order is not messed up! They have three different size sandwiches and A LOT of different fillings, sauces, veggies, etc.
They also have milkshakes! Since I was already paying extra for the bacon I went all out and ALSO got a milkshake. By the recommendation of the cashier I ordered an Oreo banana milkshake… if you think it sounds off, you MUST try it first.
The sandwich was fresh, savory, and made perfectly to order. The milkshake was delicious! Definitely more of a casual joint, I took my sandwich to go and I think I enjoyed it more that way then having it inside of the shop because it was really cold in there. Probably a great lunch spot for people who live and work in the area! They offer free wifi and they guarantee that if you don’t love your sandwich they will make you a new one.

Good sandwiches, but be careful with their app. Was in a hurry so tried to place my order on the app, app didn’t work, so I called in to place my order and they «don’t take phone orders» that is so weird, especially when their ordering process is a few check marks on a paper bag. Then when I got there, I had to wait twenty min, I selected coldwich, and they made it hot. Ugh. I have had two sandwiches from there but I can tell different people made the sandwhich, one was perfect and the other was drenched in mayo/​mustard dripping off the side and hot instead of cold. If you are in a hurry make sure their app is functioning. I hope to update my review in the future, especially when they start taking phone orders if their app is down. It’s all about customer service.

I REALLY wanted to give Which Wich 5 stars. Their concept is fun and their sandwiches are delicious.
But.
I went last weekend with my family and we basically had to yell at each other because the music was so loud. My poor 4 year old was so frustrated because she couldn’t hear anything we were saying to her and we couldn’t understand her either. My husband asked the girl at the register if she could do anything about the insanely loud volume of the music (we’re talking dance club loud, not regular loud) and nothing was done.
The A/​C was also set so low that my hands were shaking.
Needless to say, it was the fastest we’ve ever had lunch because we were all dying to leave.
People at other tables were yelling at each other over the music… WHY didn’t any of the employees pick up on that and TURN IT DOWN?!
It was total sensory overload… at a sandwich shop. There’s a time and a place for music that loud and it’s not at a sandwich shop in the middle of a Sunday afternoon in Kendall, of all places.
My husband has visited the location downtown on several occasions and he said it has never been as obnoxious as this Kendall location.
I’m not sure we’ll be back unless I hear of both the insanely cold A/​C and the club-​like music changing. It is REALLY not family friendly.

Where to start? Maybe I should start by addressing the first reviewer who was complaining of rude employees. Considering the grand opening is on 9.14.15 I’m not sure how she received such terrible service if it wasn’t even opened when she wrote her review. Also not basing your review on the actual food since it is a restaurant seems a bit unfair.
Needless to say, my experience was AWESOME! Delicious subs, friendly employees and a very professional operations manager who greeted us with a smile and helped us with sandwich selections. Prices are fantastic. Menu options are great too! Delicious shakes! GoodBye Subway. Which Wich has won me over!
