Extremely horrible customer service. I ordered from My work place; a hospital and so there was about 15 orders. The girl who was responsible for taking the calls was so extremely rude. She seemed pretty annoyed at the number of orders, she wanted Us to call back at a later time. A few of the ordered asked for drinks towards the end of the order and she refused to put them in. Over all food was good. Prices were a bit high in my opinion. The staff at the hospital refuses to order from here again

The food is really good here but the portions are rather small for my large appetite, making the plates a bit overpriced. At this location, waiting times tend to be longer than desired, so if you’re looking for a quick bite, look elsewhere because quick it is not.

First off this review is not against the food but against the service. I love the food there but I wish they would get their service right. They never get the extras right when you order online. They will charge you pennies extra for extra sauce, but then they never deliver the extra sauce. Happens every time. Also FYI they never warn you but this is the second time I try ordering delivery. The first time it was like an hour and 40 mins, this time it was an hour and 15 mins.

I ordered for delivery and I’m not fully content with my experience. I ordered hummus, lentil soup, falafel platter and a tenderloin platter. The price was reasonable and so was the wait. When the food arrived they forgot the lentil soup. I called them and told them and was met with attitude. The young lady decided to void my previous order and recharge me without the soup. Aside from this small error I was happy with the food. I will try them again

Last time I will order delivery! Over 2 hours! And still no food. I’ve called twice and each time the girl says another 15 minutes. I live no more than 3 minutes away if that. This is Ridiculous.

I had the falafel salad. The falafel balls were good. The salad was okay. Missing olives and barely any cheese. But apart from that, the food was good.

I love this place and have never had a bad experience. I come here several times in a year and always order the lunchbox special(served from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm): with either tilapia or lamb. I can’t speak for the other food here but the lunchbox special is a favorite of mine due to the fact that it is a full course meal for a little over $ 10. You get a side of salad, rice, hummus with a pita, and your protein. The place itself always appears clean and the music is at a nice level.

I went al out and ordered the super combo that comes with ground sirloin steak(Koubideh) chicken breast chunks(Joojeh) & steak chunks(Chenjeh). Steak and chicken were good. The ground sirloin, not so much. No flavor and didn’t look freshly made. Rice is great as usual. Overall a good place to eat, just don’t bother with the Koubideh.

I’ve heard of others having bad experiences here but I haven’t so far. They have a ton of variety in their menu. Salads, platters, wraps and combos. Seafood, vegetarian, beef and chicken. Lunch specials run until 3 pm. Not the best deals($ 6.95-$ 10.25) but still affordable for the food you are buying. I personally enjoy their bastami rice, kubideh and joojeh. Not too impressed with their hummus as I feel it lacks flavor. Service is good and they explain what the food consists of when you are not sure(it also explains itself on their menu).

The two stars are for the meat which is pretty good but I must say it seemed like I walked into a middle eastern McDonald’s. It was so basic and uninspired. Flavor were not authentic and the sauces weren’t great. Hot sauce was a buffalo sauce. Definitely pita grill takes the cake as the best middle eastern place in the area. This is a cheap Americanized version. Sad but true

I love this place. The food is always fresh, the baklava is yummy, & it super clean! They offer different combinations of meats, falafel, or veggie with basmati rice, Greek salad, or wrapped. The prices range from $ 6 — $ 20 which is fair considering the quality. Tip: ask for extra sumac sauce !

We were in the neighborhood and hungry so I suggested this place. We went with the combo II steak. I didn’t notice that the cuisine is Persian as all these times I thought it was Greek. Anyways, I feel that they are pricey $ 16,00 for my combo that didn’t include a drink. However, in my opinion it was worth it. I liked the rice, the steak and that sauce. We also ordered humus but it was missing salt and the pita bread was tough. Overall I liked it, my sister didn’t :(

I had been to this location multiple times. During my last visit, I got food poisoning, and so did my mom, who ate with me. This was back in December. I have not been able to look at this style cuisine, ever again. Reviewing now, as a friend mentioned getting food poisoning two weeks ago(same location).

Yum! This place is great. I love the Kubideh Rice, especially with the Sumac sauce. You don’t have to wait too long for your order to be ready, which is always nice. The location is cute, and small. The food is a little pricey, but it’s filling. My only complaint would be that the grilled tomato is always between lukewarm and cold and hardly grilled at all.

Not horrible.(Is that a good thing?) for some reason every side I asked for came in a plastic to-go container… cold. The steak kabob and ground beef kabob was good. The rice good too. The hummus(served in a plastic to-go container), not so much. Tasteless. Not seasoned. No olive oil. So, me being me, I asked for olive oil. So them being them gave me what appears(and tastes) to be vegetable oil(served in a plastic to-go container.). The yogurt was runny and could easily be served on tap. My son had a nice chicken wrap with the chicken cooked and seasoned very nicely. So like I said, all in all its not horrible. It’s just not great(by a long shot.) Did I mention Shwarma is right up the road. Give it a try. It’s a little better.

Clean… Closer to my place. I like the grape leaves, it’s my favorite. The Greek yogurt sauce is watery.

My first experience with this place wasn’t the greatest in terms of customer service but after speaking with the manager, she took control of the situation and made things right. Our dining experiences our usually only as good as the most recent ones, but to err is human and what matters here is there was accountability. There is no denying the food is delicious and you get great food at a reasonable price. The Super combo is the perfect plate to share and the baklava is just the right size and texture. I don’t normally order lentil soup but my husband does and when he orders from here, I end up drinking half of it. I was really pleased when the manager reached out to me and didn’t shy away from what happened — she was only interested in making sure I was happy and willing to come back. Thanks to her, we’ve ordered several times in the last few weeks and the food never disappoints. The lack of customer service, the one time, appeared to be an isolated incident and I’m the first to admit sh*t happens.

I came here for lunch and I loved it. I had the falafel lunch platter which came with hummus, rice and greek salad. My only complaint was that the salad was way overdressed. Next time I will see if they can do the dressing on the side.

Can’t go wrong with Persian cuisine. I usually get the $ 18 Combo III(Joojeh and Chenjeh). It’s fresh and delicious, albeit a bit pricey for semi-fast food. Alternating bites between the grilled seasoned meats and the chopped Mediterranean salad will keep your taste buds from being jaded. Come during lunch hours and you’ll see better prices. DON’T FORGET to get the Sumac Sauce — it’s what makes Rice House of Kabob Rice House of Kabob. The stuffed grape leaves are tasty, too. The only thing I didn’t like about this location was that the person at the register had earbuds on while taking my order.
