Thankful this place opened up in Kendall. Have their old fashion and you’ll enjoy it so much you’ll order a second. The rum and coke was very good too! As far as food goes it’s a nice mix of Peruvian food. A long list of ceviches. And the appetizers are all worth a try. Lomo Saltado is always a great choice as well. The bar is a good place to enjoy the opened atmosphere of the restaurant.

This has to be one of the better restaurants we’ve been to in a few years. Had a couple drinks, Beef Hearts, Mushroom Empanadas, Seafood Risotto and Lomo Saltado. The flavors were on point and each bite left you craving more, definitely including this place in our rotation of spots to frequent. Visit with confidence, you won’t be disappointed. The wait can be about an hour during prime time on the weekend, we went over to World of Beer while we waited, all around good experience.

It’s all good. Fun place with good food. Had multiple drinks to try along side ceviche sampler and the mixed sea food grill. All good and no complaints. 2nd post Had a dinner banquet for 40 people. Service and food was all great. 3rd time and tried the snapper for two. Great choice. Place was full at 7:00 on Friday night. I’m not the only one going back multiple times. Saw some of the regulars at the bar I’ve seen before.

Upgraded to 5 stars. 3 visits since my last review. Service has been excellent as the food. Having lived in the Kendall area for over a decade now, I was always having to drive miles for a good trendy restaurant. Well that definitely has changed. It seems there are more and more great restaurants that are popping up in the area. Pisco Y Nasca being one of them. I came in on a Friday at 5:30pm to enjoy the happy hour menu with my hubby. By the time I got there he had the perfect table. There was no wait. The inside of the restaurant is beautifully decorated. There is plenty of seating available outside as well and also at the bar. Service was great. Within minutes our drinks were brought to our table and we started ordering several different small plates to share. Prices are affordable and portions are perfect. I can’t really expand on the drinks because my husband and I usually stick to beer and wine. Drinks are ½ off during happy hour(5 – 7). The ceviche sampler was excellent. The ceviche with tuna was my favorite. The perfect blend of flavors. The Causa was delicious. But what stole the night was the Butichino. One word. Phenomenal! The bun was amazing! It was crispy on the outside yet doughy on the inside with a sweet flavor to it. Reminded me of the funnel cake at the fair. Filled with a flavorful pulled pork. Trust me it is delicious. For desert we had the chocolate dome. Again, wow! It was amazing. Layers of goodness upon goodness.

Beautiful decorated. Waiter was so helpful. We actually called ahead to make reservations because we were a large party. We had several appetizers(sorry no pictures) we had the sampler ceviche very yummy, the rocoto ceviche which was phenomenal, the butichino also amazing lots of asian flavors and the causa croante something I’ve never had but was good. I didn’t know what to order, I was going to go with the salmon but after asking the waiter for a recommendation he said to go for the pasta macho. And boy was I so happy I listened to him. My dish was the rave of the table. Enough for two people but I had it all for myself. Other meals ordered the chaufa, chicharrón de pescado, barlotto and the pan con chicarrones. Only complaint was the pan con chicarrones. My husband said it was dry and lacking flavor. Get dessert!!! So worth it! We got the chocolate bomb and the suspiro… both equally amazing! *not although we asked for some of the dishes to have less spicy flavor. It was still a bit spicy. So if you don’t like any spicy maybe reconsider your dish with the pepper next to it.

Spent happy hour, 5pm to 7pm at Pisco y Nazca today, a Thursday evening. There was plenty of seating at the tables and the bar was nearly filled. The restaurant is muy fancy and very nouveau contemporary styled. I’m not very experienced with Peruvian cuisine but what we ordered was delicious! Started with a drink, pisco sour. It tastes a little like a margarita and it was delicious. To eat, we ordered ceviche sampler, bestia sliders, and causa crocante. Everything was fresh, tasty, and turn around time was acceptable. Definitely recommend checking the place out. Five stars!

Friday evening, we made a reservation for 3, however the restaurant seemed at a good bustling feel with some empty tables and seats at the bar for those without rezzys. The hostess stand is at a somewhat awkward placement. The service: no complaints, the hostess sat us promptly, the server checked on us regularly for drink refills. The food: delicious! And well presented. We shared a ceviche sampler, and ordered our own entrees. Wish we had room for the amazing chocolate dessert! Next time.

I love that this chic place has opened in Kendall. The décor is lovely and modern. I absolutely love it. We were seated in a comfortable booth near the kitchen, so it was cool to watch the beautifully-presented plates coming out. The whole restaurant was nice and open; I really admired the set-up of this place. After much deliberation, I ordered the pisco punch. I was unimpressed — I felt that I was just drinking pure Inca Kola with nothing else. For appetizer, causa crocante which I thought was absolutely delicious. The shrimp was perfectly fried and tasted amazing, and the potato tasted great as well though I wish it had been warm. The rocoto aioli made the plate incredible. As a meal, I had the lomo saltado. I loved the texture, however, it was WAY too salty! I love lomo saltado in general but this particular one was just too salty to enjoy. If it wasn’t so salty, I bet it would have been great. For dessert, we of course got the chocolate dome. Cool to watch, but one of my least favorite desserts I’ve ever had. Chocolate tasted like plastic and it was so bland. Definitely won’t order that gimmick again! Our server was really great! He was professional, friendly, and attentive. All in all, I liked this place but I didn’t love the food. Would like to give it another try but the prices are a bit steep.

To be fair, and because so many other reviews state otherwise, I must return to this place! Also because their sexy atmosphere, modern décor, good customer service and pretty presentation deserve 5 starts. So far I’ve only tried the ceviches(tradicional, Nikkei and passion fruit) and the passion fruit drink(made with pisco and full of flavor). Menu is pretty simple, I’d like to see a bit more variety. I found items to be a bit overpriced…$ 11 for a very small drink, $ 9 for a very small ceviche portion. I will be back sometime and give their lomo saltado a try, perhaps even a nice salad.

By far the best fusion Peruvian food I’ve had thus far! I had the Butichino(pork buns, AMAZING) & the plancha pulpo as an app with a side of Leche de Tigre. My first time having octopus & I have always been worried if I ever order octopus that it’ll come out over cooked & chewy/tough but they cooked it to perfection. A couple other apps were ordered at my table like the chalacas(really good!) & anticucho corazon(wasn’t a big fan of the heart because it was a little tough to chew). For my entrée I had the Chaufa & added chicken. Loved it! With all the yummy food I did get pretty full but wanted to try a dessert. The cholo brownie was a nice finish & tasted good! The ambiance was really nice & I love the open concept throughout the restaurant especially the kitchen. Over all I would definitely come back!(:

Enjoyed a fantastic brunch here on Mother’s Day. It is a Peruvian fusion place and really One of the nicer more upscale restaurants in the newly gentrified area in town and country shopping center. I do recommended making reservations, because this place gets absolutely slammed. All the staff were incredibly nice and kind. They gave my mom a rose for her special day. And the manager even thanked us towards the end of our meal and gave us a $ 20 gift card which was really cool. I tried the brunch Menu, which was $ 25 for an appetizer, an entrée, and desert. All three were excellent. The Ceviche to start was really good. I have had better but can’t complain, I love Ceviche. As a main dish I had the Aji de Gallina Crepes. My mom, being a great mom on Mother’s Day, let me try her churassco empanadas. Thanks mom! Both were good dishes, but I must say the empanadas were some of the best I’ve had. For desert I recommend the Cholo brownie. If you are a chocolate lover like me, you can’t go wrong here. Also they had a bring deal for $ 15 dollar unlimited specialty mimosas. So you know I jumped on that. They have champagne and Pisco I believe and are really tasty. I hear the happy hour here is very good. I have yet to try it but will be back to check it out.

Make sure you either make reservations before coming or that you get here before you’re hungry! Otherwise you’d be waiting a long time to get a table at this massively popular restaurant(or just head to the bar). We ordered a Bestia Burger, Lomo Saltado, and pisco punch. The burger was one of the best I’ve ever had with an original, tangy flavor. The lomo saltado was also delicious with a phenomenal flavor to the sauce. The creative pisco cocktail was superb. The reason why I’m giving it four stars is because it took the waiter about 10 minutes to notice that he had new clients(us) seated at the table. I had to call an employee’s attention for him to get us the waiter.

This restaurant was a breath of fresh air in Kendall! From the South Beach/Brickell like ambience to the service and food everything was spot on. Our server was extremely knowledgable and definitely guided my boyfriend and I when it came to ordering. We ordered a ceviche and the empanadas to start, and we shared the churrasco for dinner. My only complaint is we ordered the steak medium and it came out well done. We did not send it back and ate it as it was and it was still very tasty. I would definitely recommend giving this restaurant a shot. It is not cheap; entrees were roughly $ 25 and up, so save it for a special occasion if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to going back soon!

Finally had the pleasure of trying out this new concept! We started with the ceviche aji Amarillo, nikkel and the causa crocante. All of them were amazing. For dinner we ordered the Chalaca, pollo asado, lomo saltado, papas bravas, and chaufa. Everyone loved their dishes. The chalaca was really a favorite of mine along with lomo! There are quite a few items on the menu that Id love to Come back and try out. My mom had a pisco sour I had a small taste and that was on point too. Happy to see nice places bring added into the Kendall area. Great ambiance. Ill def be back.

I have been wanting to try this place since they opened. The photos of their beautiful restaurant and delicious food. Came here for lunch with my husband and sons. The restaurant was very open and so pretty. The décor was very simple but modern. The bar looked very hip and their is a pretty large room for a party event. We sat at one of the tables in the back near the open kitchen. We loved the action of the kitchen and being able to see all the plates coming out. Presentations were gorgeous. My son ordered the Lomo saltado for kids that comes with white rice and fries. The serving was good for a child plate and wow, the Lomo was delicious. My hubby ordered a ceviche trio and he seemed to enjoy it as well. I had the meat empanadas and they were sooooo good. I ate both and could have honestly ordered another order. I also had the pulled pork steamed buns. These weren’t my favorite of the meal — it was sweet but too sweet for my taste. The lemonades were fresh and were very good as well. Service was excellent from Cynthia — we did notice she was back and forth between several tables and that there were about 4 – 5 waiters constantly waiting around outside the kitchen for minutes on end chatting around. Not sure if they were expecting a bigger crowd for lunch but seems as though staff could have been using their time in other ways. We also had the chocolate dome, which I had seen tons of videos on through Instagram and Unilocal.Presentation was amazingness and the taste was great! This place is very good for tapas and mingling. I will def be coming back!

I guess going twice in one day when they first opened makes me a fan. Pisco y Nazca keeps me coming back for more! I’m actually sitting across from their kitchen as I write this review, waiting for what I know(and deep down in my heart believe) will be an amazing brunch. In the short months that I’ve been acquainted with this place, I’ve probably told everyone I know about it – and brought them here for lunch/dinner as well. My first visit(or day of visits) was full of variety and unique flavors. The first meal – never to be forgotten – began with the Asian inspired pork buns… Butichino, with the softest buns I’ve ever tasted. We also shared the pollo asado. Yum! And oh those fries! They’re cut from the most heavenly potatoes. What gives them that extra crisp and amazing taste, you may ask? The fries are sprayed with the goodness that’s left in the mix. When I returned that same day during their«Hora Loca» I came straight for the Bestia Burger. At the time it was part of their happy hour menu, so for $ 7 I enjoyed what had to have been the most delicious Angus beef burger I’ve had in, well, a long time! The pretzel bun and aioli just brought it all together very nicely. Now you can enjoy the Que Bestia Sliders(which I’ve also tried) during their daily happy hour between the hours of 5 and 7pm. Still amazing! Of course, since I came with a larger group, I made everyone order something different so I could taste from their dish. Some of my other favorites include the Lomo Saltado, Salmon Andino, and the Pargo Crocante. On some other visits I’ve ordered the Pasta Macho, which in my opinion is fantastic, but definitely a plate that can be shared for 2 if you’re already digging into their appetizers. The black ink squid is perfect – can’t tell me no different. I’ve saved the desserts and cocktails for last because – okay this is embarrassing – but I’ve tried them all! To keep it short, my favorite cocktails are(no surprise here) the Pisco Sour and Purple Skies. Both on their happy hour menu for $ 6. If you must order a second, then El Viejito is a great version of the Old Fashioned, also highly recommended, or the Proper Rum & Coke if you’re leaning towards a more traditional drink. On their dessert menu, there’s the chocolate dome… You can’t miss it if it’s your first visit here. Just a unique mix of flavors in there and the presentation is beautiful. If you’re craving something light and sweet they have the Suspiro de Guanábana(my personal favorite), or a delicious Chocolate Apasionado that has a white chocolate base. The list goes on and on, and it’s no surprise their wait times on a Saturday night can be up to 2 hours. I got lucky today – early Sunday afternoon – and had no wait time, but if you must come for dinner on the weekend, then remember to make a reservation. I’m definitely a fan of Peruvian food, and for me, Pizco and Nazca takes the crown.

CHOCOLATEDOME! ‘Nuff said. What drew my attention to this restaurant was the fact that they serve a dessert that is served by pouring hot white chocolate syrup over a hard chocolate shell to reveal a heaping lump of ice cream on a bed of this strange but delicious sweet potato mash. OMGYES! Do I even need to continue to review? Mm… Probably yes, ugh lol. Besides the chocolate dome, this restaurant classifies itself as a Peruvian gastropub, and the vibe and atmosphere sort of reminds me of Finka(I assume everyone knows what Finka is lol). I love the layout, they have indoor and outdoor seating, a bar, and 2 individual rooms that probably are meant to accommodate larger parties. This place is also hidden in the back of this walkway going towards the bridge in Town and Country, and is right across from World of Beer. Moving on to the entrees, I came here with two of my girlfriends and we basically split everything. We got the Causa De Pancita(think of it as a pork belly eggs Benedict, with a Peruvian twist) off of the brunch menu, which they offer Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Also off the brunch menu we got the Lomo Saltado con Huevos, literally your regular Lomo Saltado with a freakin poached egg on top… But delicious none the less! Off the regular menu, we tried was the Ceviche Sampler, because c’mon, you gotta have ceviche at a Peruvian restaurant. It’s super convenient too, because they offer so many different styles of ceviche, and here you can try 3 of their most popular ones(passion fruit, traditional, and nikkei). The only reason I’m probably giving this restaurant 4 stars is because of the service. Not that is wasn’t good, but it wasn’t great, and I don’t mean all the staff, just our waitress in particular, which I actually can’t remember her name at the moment but she just didn’t know how to serve or interact. Other than that, the food was still bomb, I would come back, can’t say no to Peruvian food ya know!

One of the better Peruvian restaurants I have been to and definitely did not expect this due to the location it is in. We walked in without a reservation or call ahead on Sunday around 7 in the afternoon and were told it would be an hour wait or so. The bar was full so we decided to hang around and order some drinks. I had a Pisco Sour, which I was not a fan of. It was pretty watered down with a hint of lemon. Luckily, the music was on point so I enjoyed the rest of my lemon water since I had already paid for it. Next time though, I’m bringing my Peruvian dancing shoes. Décor and ambiance were all very modern and upbeat, something else I was not expecting from Town & Country. Elvis(I am going to assume he was the manager on duty), was extremely accommodating. He would periodically check up on us regarding our wait time and also turned up the heat on the heaters next to the outside tables so we would not have to wait any longer(it was a chilly night). He also made sure we were enjoying our meal after they brought our food to the table. Our waiter, Adrian, was also spot on with his recommendations and made sure our glasses were never empty. Despite having all of his tables occupied, he would always come around and check on us as well. As an appetizer, we had the chalaca and the plancha anticuchera. I liked the contemporary presentation of the chalaca most of all, which they served on oysters and chilled on ice. The aji amarillo chalaca sauce was dominant but I am a fan of more of a bitter taste when it comes to Peruvian. The plancha anticuchera was an appropriate appetizer to share with our party of four. The appetizer brought squid, shrimp, octopus and choclo(which I learned was corn). I chose to have the lomo saltado as an entrée. I am a huge, huge fan of lomo saltados and Pisco y Nazca did not disappoint in delivering my fix. The meat and fries were plated separately from the rice and choclo. This, in my opinion, was great because I would be able to savor the meat itself without having the rice absorb all of its juices. The fries were salty and crispy, untouched by the juices of the meat(I abhor soggy fries). The meat was flavorful and tastefully pleasing, tender and juicy to the bite. At this point I was so full that I did not even touch the rice. There is always room for dessert though! We picked the chocolate dome and the presentation in preparing the dessert was entertaining. I loved the chocolate ganache, the custard was cold but I did not care too much for it since I am a huge chocolate freak(I probably ate the whole dome shell by myself). Overall, from start to finish, our experience at Pisco was awesome. It makes it for a great date night spot and I hope to be back in the area sometime soon to try their brunch.

Excelente ambiente y servicio.
