I came ready to completely redo the landscaping in my backyard… I was so put off by the bad selection of sad dying looking plants and the employees who made it seem like it was a problem for them that I was there. Even places like home depot and lowes have a better selection and service dept than this store

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. The owners are totally rude and we ended up having to do a chargeback when they refused to let us exchange our trees. Basically, the guy planted a 1 gallon tree into a 5 gallon pot and charged us the 5 gallon price. Total con-​artist. He refused to accept the trees so we had to call our credit card company and do the chargeback. There is a reason this company probably only accepted check or cash – they probably lost their merchant account. Who knows. Just go to Lowes or Home Depot. At least they stand behind their products!

I stopped by this nursery thinking it was another one nearby that I had read a review of. I’m glad I made the mistake. This place has a nice selection of bedding plants/​flowers to choose from. A lot of plants are sold by the flat (about $ 15 for 20 plants), but they do have a number of plants of a larger size that are sold ‘per the each’. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. The pet rooster that follows the owner around like a puppy and the huge oak tree that provides comfortable, cooling shade make shopping here a very pleasant experience.
The only downside is that this is a cash or check place only. I pulled out my credit card only to find myself making a trip to an ATM.
