Kumon Math and Reading Center of Keller – North

Kumon as a chain is usually very good. We have used them in other locations. The teaching method is sound and the children show improvement generally.
This particular location failed to live up to the standards set by the company overall. Primarily, I found this location to be very disorganized. I never met anyone other than one teacher. I frequently sought feedback and got little to none.
When I tried to finally speak to the owner/​manager — who, it should be noted I never met, very unusual for a Kumon center — I was told to just email her. And I did so expecting to receive some kind of question as to why we were leaving. Instead I got a basic cancellation note.
I would still recommend Kumon overall, but be mindful of this location.
