Good Guys Windows and Glass Repair

I just had a window pane replaced. The pane is approx 3′ wide, 5′ tall, an arc in one corner, and has a blue tint to it. So it’s basically a custom glass pane. Unfortunately, the manufacturer no longer makes the blue tinted window that was originally installed in our house. So that made it «interesting» on the quotes I received from three different contractors.
The first quote I received was from Keller Glass for $ 1028.38. The second quote I received was from United Mirror & Glass for $ 670.35. However, I’m still waiting to hear if they can match the tint. After seeing David’s recommendation above for Brad at Good Guys glass, I gave him a call. He replaced it for $ 300, and it’s a perfect match on the tint.
So in summary, the people at Keller Glass are thieves.
The customer service at United glass is terrible, as I have to be the one to call to get info.
Go with Brad at at Good Guys Glass. He’s responsive, quick, and has reasonable prices.
