I love the ladies who come to my house. However, their customer service and now illegal use of my credit card has caused me to stop using them. The most recent time they were here was Monday the 8th of September. They were here for the standard 2 hours. I got the bill and it was for 3 hours, not two. I was overcharged. I called them. There is never anyone to answer anymore. I left messages. No one returns the calls. I was charged $ 50 more than my standard charge. The reason is, I believe, because the most recent service I asked for an additional one hour of service because I had recently undergone a Reno and needed all the dust to be cleaned. At that time I was charged $ 150 for 3 hours of work. Before that work I was also calling them and left 3 voice mails to ask for this additional hour. Never a call returned until a lady called to tell me the time. Their times change from one service call to another. They no longer have ANY customer service. They billed me by being lazy and looked simply at my last bill. If you want to be overcharged go for them. They also without my permission kept my credit card info from a one time use about 6 months ago. So, they just charged that CC. Bad business practices. I will be disputing this with my CC company.

I have used Denise & Company for a little over a year now. I have them come out once every four weeks to clean my house. They always arrive in the window of time that they are supposed to and clean what they are supposed to. One time during a cleaning an item was broken and I contacted the company the next day and they paid to have it replaced. Overall I say they do the job I pay them to do.

I’ve used them for about 9 months and just decided to let them go. At least once a month I’ve had to call about something that wasn’t done, either dusting or a bathroom or the sofas. They always have said the next clean will be better and normally would be, but none the less gradually got worse and worse. My house is only 1800 sqft. It’s not difficult to get everything! This week I came home shocked to find my house was maybe ¼ clean at best(I was the 1st apt of the day). Every counter was in disarray, dusting wasn’t done, showers still had soap residue, etc. I called at 8:30 am the next morning and received a return call at noon from a manager asking if I could meet her right then to discuss(1st time that’s ever been offered btw). Well, no I was at work and couldn’t rearrange my day. I said I’d be happier with a refund as it was that bad and I’d spent my entire evening cleaning myself. She said it was their policy to come out that day and reclean but that’s all. Considering the fact that had never been offered, I doubt it’s a «policy.» I called back and asked for the office manager and she said shed look into what she could do. I didn’t hear back until the next day when I got a message offering $ 10 off my next service and A lecture about how in the future to call immediately to remedy the situation. I called back and explained that I get home from work at 7pm and so I thought it was best to call as soon as they opened in the morning and that I wouldn’t have paid $ 10 for that clean. She still offered no other remedy so I said I would go elsewhere for my cleanings. They didn’t care. Clearly customer service isn’t a priority with this management team!

I would never use this company again. They cleaned my house for awhile– one time I came home and found a big black streak about two feet long on my dining room wall. She asked if I had paint and if my husband could fix it after I pointed it out– they did not bring it to my attention and the explanation was that the mop must had slid down the wall and scuffed it– no apology. The next and final issue was when I noticed paint missing at the bottom of one of the paintings hanging in my dining room. I had a set of four paintings and they had obviously knocked one off of the wall and just hung it back up. Again, they didn’t tell me, just left it for me to find. I’m including the e-mail from Denise below in which she blames it on someone at my house. I would never use a company that doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes. If you use this company you use them at your own risk– if they break something they don’t even apologize, just pass the blame. See the e-mail from Denise below. I have spoken with the crew that cleans your home regularly. I showed them the picture that you sent me and they said that they do not clean them because they are so tall and she did mention that it is a set but, they said they do not touch them. Again, the crews are not penalized for any damaged items in your home therefore, there is no reason for them not to let us know of any damage in your home. Maria and Angelica have been with our company for over three years and they have always notified us of any damage or problems in the homes promptly.
