Adjusted my very busy schedule to be home at the time they told me they would arrive.(after 4 pm) they never showed up nor did they answer the phone when I called. No excuses for that. They’ve lost my business.

Although they did good work, I was disappointed at the customer service. After the job was complete, I asked if there was any discounts available to use for our job. They guy who completed the job promptly said in a rude manner«Why would there be a discount?» I answered that I always ask businesses if they offer discounts or coupons to help save money. We asked if we could use a credit card and he said there was a 3% charge and that this was considered a discount if we used another method of payment since there was no charge with another method of payment. I would not recommend them just based on how they treat their customers. Save yourself and go with another company that values customer service. Will not use them again.

I would go ahead and give 6 stars if I could. I run a local service company in the Fort Worth area, I was able to observe these guys as they worked for 2 days on a jobsite last year. They were always courteous and careful. I was impressed with Mike the owner, and how he went above and beyond in regards to making sure the customer was satisfied and well taken care of. These guys impressed me enough that they have become the only company that I will refer my residential customers to when it comes to taking care of any window or glass concerns. This spring they addressed some glass issues in a custom door worth a few thousand dollars in one of my clients homes. My client had been told by a previous glass replacement company that the entire door would have to be replaced and that the glass was inaccessible. I called Armstrongs and they were able to diagnose how the door was designed and were able to replace the glass without damaging the door — they saved my client from having to replace a very expensive door. Once again, I highly recommend these guys. If you are like me — you like to give business to local companies who give a great product and operate with integrity. I would recommend these guys a thousand times over if I could.

I called Armstrong to come to my home to look at replacing a few windows with broken seal and a skylight replacement. I took off early to meet their sales rep/installer/whatever he was. We had just moved into the home 6 weeks prior. After he finally showed up, I explained I only wanted to replace the ones that were faulty, his interest level fell dramatically. He measured the ones I asked be quoted, never measured the sky light or inspected. He said he would email their proposal, which he didn’t. I called after 3 or 4 days, he blamed the estimator, then finally sent it the day after. I honestly never planned on using them after the poor experience I had with the rep. I was going to make them price it since I took off early to have this waste of time. They never followed up to explain estimate or see if I understood it. I’m still in the market to replace windows if you know of a company that actually gives a crap. Do not use Armstrong unless you want substandard service.

I received fast and excellent service. I was searching in the area for repair of my home window screen and many places I went to couldn’t help me or the help that was offered was just a complete replacement of my screen. Armstrong’s was honest and a pleasure to do business with. I was initially quoted a price for my service request but once the work was completed, it was actually cheaper. I’d highly recommend them for any service. Will use them in the future when needed again.
