Alliance Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery

I’m still waiting to see Dr. Parmer, 45 minutes late. The assistant took me to a back room where I was seated in a very uncomfortable examination chair. Headrest and armrest were both down. I am considering leaving but it was a 30 minute drive. This is ridiculous!
Finally he showed up was very nice but didn’t apologize for making me wait.
I checked out at the front desk and was told I had a balance due. I disagreed with this bc I’ve met my out of pocket. I was sent to the office manager so «she can explain it». She still said I had a balance and tried to charge me. She looked at her notes again and realized she was wrong. Not professional!
