Other than a little bit of a wait getting our door installed we couldn’t be happier. We replaced our door, side lights and railing above the door it looks amazing! They did a great job removing and reinstalling the brick and door! We had a minor warranty issue with the door and our exterior faucet was left on and Adooring Designs has promptly handled both issues.

Great, beautiful doors; poor, ugly service! Good luck getting any type of service or warranty after they install your doors and get your money. We love our doors and get plenty of compliments. However, there were some design and installation flaws that have yet to be resolved (i.e. it’s called Flemish Glass for a reason. And if you don’t know why, at least know that there is a right side up and don’t install it upside down!) No follow up; and no response when requesting support, service, and/​or repair… or questions in general. Basically told by owner that Customer Service & Support ends once the door (s) are installed and they get their money… and apparently he was telling the truth, because I have tried to contact them on several different occasions with still no response!
