When I called the phone was answered quickly, by a real person, but she didn’t seem very knowledgable or friendly. She made an appointment for me the following week. On the scheduled day, no one called or showed up. After waiting for the entire 2 hours, I finally called them 30 minutes later and was assured that someone was on his way. He showed up 40 minutes later. He did not apologize or offer an explanation. He seemed to have some knowledge of what he was doing and did make a repair. I was charged $ 100 for a tiny part. He also placed stickers inside my dryer and on my refrigerator(that he did not even work on) without asking me. Overall, while the fix seems to be working, the really bad customer service will have me calling someone else next time.

The guys at Ace were friendly, professional, and do great work. No bait and switch, just honest and affordable repair. I would definitely call them if a need arises in my home in the future.

I would recommend this company to any of my friends. I called Ace to look at my dishwasher that was not draining. The technician that came to my house called me about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He found a piece of broken glass inside the water pump that caused my dishwasher not to drain. I was sure that I would need to spend a ton of money on installing a new water pump, but the tech said that wasn’t necessary and got me fixed right up. I paid the service call plus $ 45 for labor. Great service!

When my fridge quit working, they came out promptly to repair it and minimize my loss. They were professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

If you want to schedule a warranty service call and have them cancel then this is the place for you. After placing a service call through warranty a week in advance they call the day before the service and tell me «GE always screws when scheduling calls and YOU need to call them and work it out» Really? I am the customer. I asked her to call GE and work something out and Linda Pearson hung up on me. Nice service. Don’t bother calling to find out who her manager is to complain because it is her husband. Sorry you were inconvenienced with my need for service Linda. I understand scheduling mistakes but you acting as if it’s my problem to fix is not somebody I will do business with.
