Willamette Hardwood Floors

Bill refinished my original hardwood floors which were in pretty bad shape they made them look like new floors just beautiful I am very happy with the job they did. They were on time very dependable too.

Bill and his team worked on the floors in my house even though I never got to meet him. He was very professional, timely, and did a great job on the floors. He is good with communication and is very up front about issues and how much it will cost to fix problems that are found during refinishing. I would highly recommend this company for a professional job done on time and at a good price.

I recently had my hardwood floors refinished by Willamette Hardwood Floors. Bill and his crew including Richard and Robert performed their work in a professional manner. The floors turned out great. There was a minor scheduling issue, but it pays to be flexible when the quality of work is outstanding. The quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

I wish I had read the other negative review before recently hiring Willamette Hardwood Floors. Although the quality of work done on our floors was very high and I have no complaints about that, there was/​is a trust issue with this company. The schedule started several days later than promised, and the owner and employees were less than truthful about several things during the job. They kept shifting their stories to cover their backsides about what we agreed to. Also, immediately after the job was completed, we discovered something significant in our garage that was (and still is) missing. Willamette Hardwood Floors was the only person/​company that had access to the garage while we were out of our house during the floor remodel.
