Phong Shui Nails

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons around the salem keizer area and this was by far my worst experience. I had a 4:45 appointment and was not seen until 5:15 and the owner that did my nails was in such a rush that she spent no time doing my nails and didn’t do a high quality job. I called today to get ONE nail redone that popped off, feeling like its her job to fix it since I just got them done and I couldn’t be seen until 2:45 almost 5 hours after I called. I will be going elsewhere as well and informing others how I was treated.

I had a great experience here. I got a shellac manicure, done by the woman who owns the salon. She was very friendly, we had great conversation during my manicure. I have had some bad experiences with shellac elsewhere (people not painting neatly so it gets stuck to my skin, under my nails, making my cuticles bleed, getting bubbles in the shellac, painting it on too thick, etc). This was not the case here. My manicure was perfect, and still is two weeks later. I will definitely be back. They were fast, efficient, kind, and well priced.

Phong is great. She was very accommodating even given her busy schedule. The salon is clean and tidy and the employees were all super friendly. The prices are good and she have me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be returning in a regular basis. I would recommend calling ahead and making an appointment.

Got my nails and pedi here for the first time. I’m not ever going back. I came in to get a patriotic design and was promised I could until the end when I was told they couldn’t because they ran out of stuff. I asked for my nails to be shaped oval and they were so badly done I couldn’t believe it, I ended up re-​shaping them and they ended up so short. I paid a lot of money and didn’t get what I wanted, plus got attitude when I asked for the to clean the polish off my skin. Within a couple of days one of my nails broke in half. When you pay that much you should be happy with what you get, the whole experience was uncomfortable and irritating.

Great service, fast and efficient. What I really appreciated is that when I dropped in I wasn’t told it would be a couple of minutes and then left to sit for 45 minutes. The owner actually scheduled me for the appointment so that I could run some other errands for the ½ hour I had to wait. Plus they put my flip flops on before paint, yay!

My mom and I frequently go here for pedicures. It’s very relaxing and the two gentlemen who do our pedicures are an entertaining and engaging duo, so it’s a fun experience. I always leave feeling glad that I went there.

A friend and I came here after the bitches at Designer Nails (Keizer Station) turned us away.
There were two customers in the shop when we arrived, and only two employees, but unlike Designer Nails, they were able to fit us in after waiting 30 minutes!
The woman doing my nails was the owner of the store. She was super nice and engaged in conversation the whole time. The only draw back was that, even though there were two employees, only one could actually do nails, and because my friend and I were both getting full sets put on, one had to wait until the other was finished.
At the end of the day, I was pleased with the service… my nails look great! I am definitely coming back!
And the best part is that the store is located between Starbucks and Jamba Juice. Can’t beat that!

I been there twice. First time was for a pedicure, and second was for a manicure. My first experience was pleasant, they have comfy chairs, the guy that did my pedicure was nice.
But my second time was BAD. The tables and the floor was dirty. I can see nail clippings on the table, it was nasty. I got an french tip and the guy did a terrible job. There was spots that was not painted with the clear coat, and it was starting to PEEL the next day! It was so bad that I had to go back to get it fix. This is the first that I ever go back to get my nails fix. While a different girl was fixing my nail, the guy that did the terrible job just give me the DEATH GLARE! It made me feel very uncomfortable. To make matters worst, the day after it started peeling! not chipping, but peeling starting from the back of my nails.
I feel like i wasted my money! I will never go back there again.
