Really DQ? I passed a number of ice cream spots and after I got my treat, I had to ask myself «why?» The peanut buster parfait container wasn’t even full, let alone the DQ swirl. The customer service…“meh” at best. Are you trying to be a place people used to go? Your on track if so. I posted pictures of what I paid for, and what I got.

Worst dairy queen ever. Such a decline over the years its ridiculous. You’d be better off going to one in Salem. Or anywhere else for that matter.

Great service always friendly and good food for fast food and fresh I find it impressive for a fast food place

Of all the DQ’s I have been to in the Salem/​Keizer area this is my favorite. The staff has always been friendly and the food hot or cold (as needed). Never had an issue any time I have been here. The store is nice and modern. I like it because they have a outside table and I like to bring my dog and let him eat ice cream outside while I eat my burger.

Overpriced, poor quality of food, and bad service. It was melted and icy. It was cold and raining, so they can’t use that as an excuse. I will not be back.
