I went in to purchase a gift card for my nephew. Being it was the weekend before Christmas, the store was unusually busy and there was a bit of a line at the cash registers. While I was waiting, an associate(I assume he was the manager. According to the name-tag on his shirt, his name was Chris) was checking with the people in line to see if there were any questions or anything he could do prior to them checking out at the register. When I told him I was purchasing a gift card, he went to where the gift cards are displayed in the store, brought one to me and explained how the transaction would be processed once it was my turn at the register. I also saw him offer the same helpful and friendly assistance to the other customers in line. In addition, he was ready to help his fellow associates at the registers with any questions or issues to ensure that the line moved as quickly as possible. When it was my turn to check out, the associate was equally friendly and helpful. He took the time while processing my transaction to explain the rewards program that you offer. He also asked me about making a donation to St. Jude’s Children’s hospital and explained the 10% discount coupon that you offer for every $ 1 donation. Kudos to GameStop for being involved with that charity! It is a program I am a great believer in. Most importantly, all of the associates there were very sensitive to the fact that the store was so busy. They thanked every customer as they left the store for their patience. That level is service is sadly rare in retail stores and it was so great to see. I will definitely share my experience with other people and will shop there for all of my gaming needs.

This game stop is located in a target plaza, such a great area, along with other restaurants. The staff is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for a guest.
