Just went here for the first time. Heard mixed reviews, but the women I had did one of the best acrylic nail sets for me that I’ve ever had. I 100% recommend going here. And as a college student it was also decently priced. Wonderful place!

I was early for a meeting so I stopped in for a manicure. No idea how they have gotten Best Nail Salon, because they are far from it; but I guess Keene NH doesn’t know quality spa and nail services, this is the best they have.
Guy didn’t say one word to me, and took him an hour and 20 minutes to do a manicure, ridiculous ! On top of it taking so long, he made the majority of my cuticles bleed.
Horrible, wouldn’t go back at all.

First salon I’ve been to in my new hometown of Keene. They were very efficient and did a good job. It took a lot longer than I’m used to because they didn’t do the mani and pedi at the same time like I’m used to, but I think this was great because it gave my toes time to fully dry before putting my boots back on. This cold winter weather– I’m not used to not being able to wear sandals in winter, being from California!

It smelled strongly like urine near the couch I sat on to wait and the place seemed pretty dirty. I had called to make an appointment but still had to wait. The woman who did my fill didn’t talk to me at all even after I asked her questions and asked her to do it a certain way. The fill came out fine but some of my nails were filed really crooked. Overall she did a pretty good job but I would definitely try to find another place to go since the smell was pretty nasty.
