We made a huge mistake in hiring this company. The owner claimed that four men would do the move, and in reality only two men did most of the work. Two years ago Two Men and a Truck moved this same furniture in 3 hours. This company took 5 hours, worked extremely slowly, and I soon began to go into the truck myself to move boxes. The following day my neighbor said she had seen them and couldn’t believe how slowly they were working. We still have to move the rest of our household from another facility, but I told the owner we would not be hiring him again. They don’t seem interested in repeat business or in getting a good recommendation.

I just moved back from Chicago and had hired another company to help unload our UHaul into a storage facility. After confirming the date (Sunday), time and location with the moving company a couple days before our move… they were a no-​call no-​show.
Luckily the GM of the U-​Haul facility put us in touch with John Caldwell of J.C. Moving Company. Even though John and his crew were at another job site, they agreed to come help us unload our truck after their job was completed… on a Sunday!
A few hours later, John and his crew called us 30 minutes before they arrived to confirm and helped us unload all of our things. He and his crew were very kind, friendly and took good care of our things while unloading.
I definitely recommend anyone JC Moving to anyone who wants a reputable and trustworthy crew to move their belongings.
