A unique and beautiful gallery, filled with the inspiring art of one prolific family. A true gem, worth seeking out. Sculpture, block prints, ceramics, art to contemplate and enjoy, take home and treasure. Don’t miss it!

My wife and I are ardent supporters of the arts and have had the good fortune to have collected beautiful pieces from around the world. We have personally procured works of art in Japan, China, Vietnam, Australia, France, Italy, Turkey, around the USA and, most fun of all, at auction in London. Whilst on holiday on the Big Island we came across Studio 7 Fine Arts but found the gallery closed. We returned 2 days later and our wait was richly rewarded by both the beautiful art contained within and the wonderfully warm family that owns and operates the gallery. Living and working out of their studios in Holualoa on the Big Island of Hawaii, married couple Hiroki and Setsuko Morinoue, and their daughter, Miho, create work that is continuously inspired by each other and by their island surroundings. The range of work presented at Studio 7 gallery includes prints, sculptures, drawings, paintings, and ceramics. My advice for what it’s worth: if you are to choose between purchasing anything and everything else on offer across the Big Island and but one piece from Studio 7, I urge you to direct your precious funds toward a work of art offered at Studio 7.
