Neat and tidy bathrooms! Thank you for being open 24 hours! One of our many fill ups on way home from Denver to Milwaukee. :-)

This is the kind of place that unless it was directly convenient(in this case, very close to the hotel I was at), I probably would keep driving by, if there was another alternative. Kearney evidently likes to roll up their sidewalks early during weeknights, so it was one of the few places open, but it’s basically just a little dirty scuzzy and somewhat overpriced place jammed with mostly substandard snacks and a very miniscule selection of drinks. Like several others of these that you can happen into across the midwestern section of America, they will have a food counter, but it will frequently be entirely closed or empty, as this one was every time I went in. It was better than a few others that I encountered that had a lot of fly dots in the area, but it becomes quickly nearly entirely useless if something else is open. This particular one is evidently some sort of locals hangouts for recent either high school grads(or dropouts) confused about their future, but clinging will all their might to whatever delusional sense of «coolness» they can. Gas here is about on par with anywhere else, in terms of price and the cashiers here are generally nice, though they frequently get bogged down with the aforementioned hanging-out set. The layout of the pumps and the parking lot leave more than a little to be desired though…
