BEST FOOD FOR THE MONEY !!! Great service… The best Calzone in the world as far as I am concerned… their Pizza is amazing… Their Breakfast is wonderful .Best Eggs in Jersey !!! Their Popeye pizza is out of this world !!! Bring your own Beer and Wine too !!!

The food can be good, but NEVER order delivery from there. I have called in a few times and every time I am told it will take 45 mins and it typically WELL exceeds that.
Best advice is dine-​in or pick up.

Best parts of Anthony’s: Great intimate, old fashion dining counter with a great small town feel. Also, the subs are great, and all the entrees I’ve had over the years are generally very good.
The cons: The pizza is terrible! Also, I’ve been in this place on more than one occasion watching the owner scream obscenities at the women behind the counter, or generally stomping around yelling at the staff in general, The service is generally miserable but can’t really blame the staff after seeing the owner’s erratic behavior. Embarrassing.
Also, twice, I ordered and they didn’t make my food also. So that sucks.
So yeah, get a great sub or cheesesteak, but get ready to wait for them to make it after you called or be prepared to watch blood shoot out of the owner’s ear as he screams at his staff.
