Bennion Crafts & Frame

Just tried to return something that was given to me for Christmas, but was over the 30 days return policy due to shopping in December. I was hoping the deadline was extended, but was told that their policy is «strict». Here’s the thing, Bennion’s can keep the $ 15.00 that the items cost, but they just lost my business for life. I am all for supporting local and family owned businesses, but they seem to lose sight of the bigger picture, that customer loyalty is what keeps your business going strong. Maybe accepting a return over the deadline decreases your bottom line in the short-​term, but for the long term you just lost hundreds of dollars of business through me. I promptly left the store, even though I had some scrap booking items I wanted to look for. I know JoAnn’s crafts has the items, and I will now make the longer trip to Centerville to shop there. I doubt that I will buy anything from Bennion’s in the future.

This store has horrible customer service. Bought some items on their sidewalk sale and saw them today for 75% less than what I originally paid for them. They would not let me return the 5 I originally bought even though I told them that I would buy as many as they had for the new price. They would have been making more than what I was returning! I could have bought 4 for the price I paid for 1. There was one item on my original receipt that said «close out no refund» but none of the other items that I bought that day said that! The only thing it says on the receipt is No returns after 30 days. I would tell EVERYONE in Kaysville to stay away from that store. I have dealt with them before and they have always been rude and unwilling to make the customer happy. As I was walking away, I could hear them snickering! The joke is on them. I will not go that store again and will spread the word to everyone I know in the Kaysville community!

Cute craft store! Some things are way overpriced, but other things are of great value. I have to give kudos to the framing department staff though. They do AMAZING work!!! I won’t take my framing anywhere else. You get the best quality work for the best price. Don’t forget your coupon too! :)

Dianne in the party center of this store is GREAT! Very Professional & helpful! I highly recommend shopping at this store due to their fabulous customer service. As well as their prices!
