Interested in purchasing a vehicle threw them, Lisa seemed promising but never followed up with my questions. Highly disliked«chip» as we were trying to get a estimate on our trade in, he drove the car. came back in didn’t give Lisa an amount, asked her multiple times what kind of car we had«he just drove it» then he left. He didn’t return our keys. I had to tell Lisa who then called him. Then we had to wait for him to return.!! They were not going to give us a price or wanted to negotiate the sale we were fully prepared to drive the car out that evening. What a waisted trip! Plus when we were leaving another«customer» was browsing their lot. they came in questing about an 06 silver vehicle in the parking lot. They said the interior was really nice. she told them it was a customers vehicle, the gentleman asked her if he should lock the vehicle and she said no. it was after 8pm and they were locking up. Who doesn’t lock customer’s vehicles?

I’m a Paul Murrey customer for life. My grandfather has bought his vehicles from here and I will continue that tradition for the superb customer service. I purchased an Edge from here and it needed some work on the seat and windshield. I live about 80 miles away and I needed to leave my vehicle. I was given a loaner car off their lot, no questions asked. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner, they took care of everything. This is a great family dealership who knows what customer satisfaction is all about.
