Wendy and Eliel were fantastic! My new wife and I got a couples massage at our villa in Princeville during our honeymoon and it was the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. They brought everything, moved all the furniture to make room for their tables, and cleaned up afterward. I especially enjoyed all the different aromas during the massage. I would definitely recommend Wendy to anyone who is looking to relax and enjoy a fabulous massage.

If you are looking for a great massage when you are in Kauai, call Wendy and her team (Eliel was awesome and was my first male masseur). They are courteous, have a great energy, listen to their clients, and are always willing to go the extra mile and work with you on location and massage type.
If you’re lucky, they may even have an opening same day (or evening), like they had for me and my fiancé today; but, you are best to call early so her schedule doesn’t fill up.
This was our second time using Palms Massage and we will definitely be using them again the next time we are back on the Island.

HORRIBLE!
Our hotel room had an issue and we had called to reschedule the day of at 7am & she took 200 and asked for another 400 for the couples massage. I called explaining our hotel had an issue but she said I had no business asking for another massage without compensating her fully AGAIN! She complained about her life and whined about money when I just wanted to reschedule (due to hotel issues not personal!)
She was completely rude and unhelpful. I would NEVER recommend her or any of her services.
I am disgusted with people and businesses like hers. We will NOT be using Wendy for any future massages.
Go elsewhere!

Wendy and her team were great. Highly recommended-​this is a great massage, the rates are extremely reasonable (50% off the hotel!) and they are very flexible so you can do a beach or in room and/​or couple massage incredibly easily.

My husband I came to Kauai for our honeymoon and really wanted to do a couples beach massage. We were recommended Wendy at Palms Massage and it was exactly what we were looking for! We had therapists LEL and Leslie and they were great. We were on a very quiet beach and the weather ended up being perfect. Highly recommend!
