I tried to make an appointment using ZocDoc. Stated that i could get in on ⁴⁄₂₄ at 2. After filling out the forms online, I get a call from them stating that they can’t even attempt to see me until June. Now, I realize that a good doctor may have a wait time, but do NOT use ZocDoc if you can’t hold up your end of the bargain!

Saw Dr. Woon on urgent care basis after a bad reaction to a motion sickness patch.
They are in a brand new office in Katy– I would love to give 5 stars but I never do on a first visit.
I loved Dr. Woon’s energy– very friendly and excellent bedside manner. She didn’t talk down to me and she was willing to spend as much time with me as needed.
The receptionists were friendly and quick to get my paperwork done.
The reason for my appointment was that I had a hugely disproportionate dialated pupil in my right eye. Dr. Woon was able to examine it and concluded that I was experiencing a very bad reaction to a motion sickness patch. Apparently the medication somehow got on my hands, and transferred into my eye — thus causing the dilated pupil. While there is not any way to treat it, it was reassuring to know that it was not anything harmful or serious. Cleared up in about four days.
No complaints at all. Highly recommend.
