Westborough Crossing

HORRIBLE PLACE! These Apt. Don’t deserve 1 star!!! PEST CONTROL INFESTATION!!! I’ve only been here for a few months and Ive been ready to leave this digesting place since the second week we moved. If you like rats and roaches welcome to Westborough Crossings! The first week we moved in there was a huge rat in our apartment. We had to deal with it for 2 weeks. It eventually made its way to the bedroom one night, Worst night of my life! I have a 7 year old daughter that we had to keep at my grandpa’s house for the first two weeks till the rat was taken care of. Her and I were terrified to step foot in the apartment. Roaches have been a nightmare! The office won’t do a sweep of the building only spray one unit that request pest control service. I’m a very clean person and have a little OCD so it’s hard to do anything in my apartment when it’s covered in pest control spray. DO NOT MOVE IN! I regret the decision to move here and cry because I have to wait so many more months before I can leave this hell of a place.

If I could rate Westbourough Crossing with no stars, I would. Management treats people horribly. You are a number to them and nothing else. If you want horrible service, maintenance people who never show up and poorly repaired/​covered up problems in your apartment — this is the place for you!

This place is terrible. I lived here for a year and during that time there were break ins, rapes, and a murder. The management didn’t even take steps to improve security after the murder. Please do not live here. You will not be safe. Besides the ghetto residents who infest the property, the units are garbage. Bad carpet and horrible cabinets will greet you as you walk in. In Houston you get what you pay for. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, it’s like living in a dump! I lived here for about a year in a half almost two and it’s just absolutely disgusting! I could never get maintenance to fix anything and my AC was always breaking and I would rarely touch it! When I called the office for them to find someone to fix it instead of being of course we will send someone they accused me of not knowing how to work it and that I may have broke it!!! The NERVE! Also the place has some shady people living there even the security guards are shady sometimes! I also can hear people arguing through the walls and outside my window ! Plus manager does nothing about the people that do drugs in the apt! I can smell it! How would you feel safe!!! The apts are a mess. They have pest problems and when the guy comes you have to tear your whole kitchen apart just so he can spray pesticide that doesn’t even help! I just felt stressed living here it wasn’t enjoyable the staff are so cold and heartless they think they are saints ! I would not recommend anyone to live here!
