While shopping yesterday, I was being followed by someone. I only went into the store for a couple of things and was talking on the phone with my mother. The total time I spent in the store was approximately 10 minutes. While walking and searching for an open checkout lane, I noticed a man in a red shirt following very closely behind me. Someone who I believe was loss prevention or possibly store security dressed in regular clothing. I understand that you have people there to prevent shop lifting but that is not what I was there for. I have never stolen anything and I never will. For the corporation to require their employees to follow so closely behind people is very unnerving and I do not appreciate it. I would like to add that I am a victim of kidnapping. So to have someone walking so closely behind me was very frightening. I am providing this feedback so that the company is aware of things like this. Not everyone who walks into your store is a bad person nor are they a thief. I’m completely dissatisfied with the store and I won’t be returning to this location.

Oh man, where shall I begin? Walking into this Walmart makes me feel as though I am going to get strip searched on the way out.smh. There must be a lot of theft at this location because they have ALOT of security. Everywhere you walk inside you see captions that you are being monitored at all times. With that message around every corner… how could anyone enjoy shopping here?

Highly disappointed when I went there to purchase plant pots an there was 6 pallets of mulch blocking the pots I waited for someone to come an move the pallets an now one came so I called inside an about 10 minutes later someone came out but still couldn’t move the pallets so I left my entire basket of groceries because I was so upset!

Now updating review don’t even bother taking your«controlled substance» prescriptions here unless you know the entire prescribing doctors life story. They refused to accept it because the dr did not write her name clearly. And they could not verify who EXACTLY prescribed it. Needless to say I went straight to CVS and in 2 hours had all my prescriptions ready no hassle :-)

So, this is a review about an employee NOT the store. Most of the time, Wal-Mart employees at this location are trying to figure out how to do as little work as possible. The electronics department is especially bad on most occasions. This is all beside the point. My 11 year old son has been asking for a new Xbox One game all weekend since he has now saved up enough money to pay half. Joshua was not only friendly but extremely helpful. The game was priced at $ 59.96 and when he went to ring it up, I saw him on his phone. I asked what he was doing, and he said he was price matching the game for me. WOW! He saved me $ 20 by finding the game online for $ 39.95. Good job Joshua!

Extremely bad service, tire associate didn’t know what a ten ply tire was and hunged up, manager never came to the phone after I called to speak with him or her, filed a complaint with corporate but we all know the shredder ended up with it… stay away unless you want your IQ to drop by exposure…

This is the absolutely worst Walmart I have been too. Always feels as if there’s only 5 people working that day. Only three lines open and the check out yourself area. I try every now and then give in since I live in the area but it never seems to amaze me how long it takes to check in. Walmart stated they were going to get more employees but nothing has changed at this one. N I’m annoyed just by looking at if. People are rude. Don’t even smile. N don’t come here on Black Friday. Lines were from the register to the back of the store. I left during the rush went to a different Walmart got the same things and was out in less than 30 minutes.

My husband just went in after many years of avoiding Walmart. He was not greeted and had to hunt down someone to help him. Asked to speak to a manager and took a very long time for one to show. They were then unwilling to look into options on keeping customers business. Cost themselves a large sale because of it. Need to have better interactions with their customers.

Typical Walmart and typical things inside. Local McDonald’s inside and a bank also a nail salon and hair salon. I used to like the bucket deal when it was $ 9.99 for it but price has gone up. Only bad thing is if you have time to wait for a check out lane. Other than that skip Walmart and head to Two other stores to get your shopping done. Walmart is all in one stop shop.

For a Walmart in a nice neighborhood, the cleanliness is at its lowest. This is family oriented area and the bathrooms here are disgusting. They have toilet paper dispensers that has no cover, not to mention the toilet seats look like they haven’t been cleaned. The vision center and isles are organized, this why I give it a 2 star. The management team need to get organized, it took me 30 minutes to check out 16 items. Total 6 lanes opened with 5 – 6 checkout carts per. 5 to 6 customers shouldn’t equal 30 minutes, and if they have a rush, the floor manager for the register should have opened up two lanes at the minimum and not wait until the lines are over flowing with traffic in the isles.

Excellent poultry and meat selections, but never go when its a very windy and/or rainy day because your car will get run over by one or five of the stray grocery carts that are scattered throughout the parking lot.

I hate this Wal-Mart! I’ve never been a Wal-Mart fan, but this location is fairly close to home and when Kroger and H-E-B are closed, I have no choice but to come here and it’s always awful. There are never enough checkout lanes open and even the self checkout lanes are a disaster. Every time I’ve done self checkout, the machine breaks and I end up standing behind a troop of people to pay for whatever little I have. In total, it takes me over an hour to get out of here, even if I’m buying a bottle of shampoo. Some time ago I went in there to buy some chips for an upcoming party I was having at my home the next day. A man giving out pizza samples was by the frozen aisle, so I grabbed one for myself. He stopped me and shouted, «WHEREAREYOURPARENTS?» I looked at him and said, «At their house.» He told me to give the sample back since I was under 16. I glared at him and told me I’m actually in my 20’s. Then he had the audacity to say«In your 20’s? Is this how you talk to your parents?» I was so angry, I dropped my chips and went to find the store manager to complain. There was no reason for him to be so rude, even if I had been under 16 years old. I haven’t been to this Wal-Mart in a while and I dread coming here. The one off I-10 and Fry is much better and worth the longer drive.

Honestly the worst Walmart I’ve ever seen. It seems despite the massive amount of people that go to this place on a daily basis, they refuse to open more registers. I’ve never seen more than three open, no matter how packed it is, and the lines are insane. The store itself is never stocked as well as other Walmarts [529/Hwy6 and I-10/Fry] I despise coming here. But it’s so close. I go to Kroger is it’s still open.

This is specifically about the Walmart Bakery– We ordered my sons first birthday cake here this weekend and it was amazing. We got a white cake with butter cream icing decorated with Elmo and Big Bird and the details were amazing! Plus it was very, very good. Everyone kept asking me where I got the cake, expecting some fancy bakery. Nope guys, Walmart. I’m impressed. $ 19 for a cake that serves 20 – 25 with super cute decorations. They would also have given me a free smash cake for his first birthday. Great deal. We will be back.

Didn’t plan on doing the review but I had to talk about a particularly bad experience that I had at this Walmart location. I needed to bring back some headphones that I needed to exchange and I didn’t have a receipt so they flat out told me I can bring it back. They have the same exact headphones then I just wanted to exchange it out Walmart normally takes just about anything back without a receipt so I didn’t know what the big deal was apparently with electronics they generally do not take it back without a receipt but if I don’t have the receipt and the freaking item that I bought doesn’t work anymore I’m going to bring it back to you guys period. So upon visiting this location again to buy some other stuff I decided to give it one last try to bring this item back and I was going to talk to a manager if necessary. Young lady that was there was a younger Hispanic girl and she was very nice and indicated that I would not be able to get my money back(which I already knew) but that I can at least trade it out or get store credit(which was all I was trying to get anyway.) I told her that I still needed to do some more shopping so about 30 to 45 minutes later when I came back she was gone. That really upset me because I knew… Or let me say I had a strong feeling that if I was dealing with anyone else other than this young lady that I was going to have a problem again I could feel it in my bones. Low and Behold when I came back there was a taller African-American young lady that had a strong New Orleans accent that I could just smell an attitude on mile away. When I ProServ I told her that I had already spoken with an associate in this department and she indicated that I could trade out my item and actually I was going to pay the difference because I bought a more expensive version of the item that I bought initially as he indicated that«I’m sorry you can’t even exchange this without a receipt» as a fellow African-American I try my hardest not to have a disagreement with anybody of any race but I especially take care when I’m talking to one of my own just because I know that it can be rough working in a retail environment because I’ve been there so I try to deal with people even when they’re rude to me with grace and professionalism at all times. I calmly told her that if she could just check with the manager again because I’m going to buy this item now. The manager took maybe two seconds looked at the item in the condition of the item I brought back saw that it was still in brand-new condition and simply said no problem go ahead and check them out. You would think that this item was coming out of her actual paycheck the way she smirked and rolled her eyes after the manager who was also an African-American young lady said it was okay to go ahead and trade it out. I don’t like stuff like that and when I come the Walmart which I spend upwards of $ 1000 per month shopping then general I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect I wasn’t asking for my money back I just want to store credit which means that Walmart as a company was losing zero dollars. Will I still continue to shop here… yes because they have the cheapest price around but I’m going to take special care to avoid that young lady by any means necessary because she gave Walmart a very bad taste in my mouth and if they weren’t so darn cheap I would say boycott Walmart

Walmart is just that… Walmart. yet, what makes this Walmart only get two stars is the«Ship to Store» pick up area! I have never had quick service with them! The last time I went to pick something up from there, I spoke to the lady that was in front of me, and she informed me that she has had to wait up to 2 hours to recieve her goods there. I only waited 30 minutes to pick up my items that day, but it was only me and that lady… so that is pathetic.
