Verizon customer service is the worst. The representative didn’t bother to answer my questions properly. The guy was so rude and didn’t want to answer. He just try to give a very short and unclear respond and drop.

This location gets the highest reviews by many valued customers and new customers. Unfortunately, everyone cannot be pleased. Many customers come in to the store purposely to give reps and managers a hard time by making outrageous requests. They work hard to make their customers happy and it’s unfortunate that people put so much time into writing negative reviews that the majority of the customers are too busy spreading the word to their friends to come and visit the store where the reps and managers go out of their way to make their customers happy. Believe everything you see and nothing that you read.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Funnily enough, I had the same salesman as the above reviewer(Tim). And while we were given confusing information, were pressed into signing a contract despite it being apparent Edge(no contract) was better for us, and being talked down to a bit, the manager of this location was worse. She was rude, hid in the back most of the time and talked to us like we were two. This store refused to provide a written, filled out contract for us to view PRIOR to us having to sign anything and they made us feel stupid for asking and not simply signing first and reading later. We walked in to switch four lines from AT&T and walked out solid AT&T customers. I’ll take signal that’s a little spotty over the horrid CS we were met with at this Verizon store. It took over 2 hours to try and GIVETHEM our money. I can only imagine how hard it is to solve a PROBLEM with these people. Horrible experience.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy name Tim is pathetic, and need to learn how to respect customers. All these associate think they are on top of the world. Their attitude is disgusting. Especially if I have 5 phone lines with this company I don’t deserve to be treated like sh*t. Don’t go here. I only went here because I was at whole foods, if anything I recommend going to the one by Katy Mills And ask for Michael Bailey.
