I came in here on a whim because I was at the nail place next door. I was super impressed! I’m from California and I have to say the customer service here was amazing compared to the customer service I receive back home! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered my million questions and even showed me to my room! And the complimentary goggles were awesome! Plus the prices were unbeatable. It costs about $ 12 per single level 1 tan in California and it was only $ 7 here plus I got an $ 85 bottle of lotion for $ 20! If I come back to Katy I will definitely be returning to this place!

I signed up for a mo on a level 2 bed 3days ago. I’ve gone every day. 7 min, 12 & 12 today. I don’t have any color! I tan fast & easy & am using a high end lotion. $ 82.50 is a lot to pay for a mo. I should be seeing results. I tried to send the owner an e mail and it keeps coming back to me. Frustrated!
Pay $ 22 to upgrade for a $ 100 bed & hope that gives me color? Ugh! I went in a different bed today with the same results~

I originally purchased a Groupon for the infrared body wrap and enjoyed the service so much that I purchased a series of three. Recently called to schedule for another one and was told that my series expired. The representative that sold the series never advised of the expiration nor did they give me paperwork stated their was a time limit to the session. Talked with a manager and was told they would give me an $ 11 credit. The infrared body wrap cost $ 79 per session. This is some bull$&@?. Very Unhappy Customer.

I just signed up for a montly package here, and I am quite impressed. I noticed an increase in color after only going in the bed for 5 minutes.
The staff is very helpful, they have a large number of beds, and even do wraps there. I like that the radio station is set to 96.5 so that I do not have to hear the crap music from the next bed. If I want to listen to something different (and I usually do), I can bring my own music and headphones with me. Although I do have a different taste in music, I am happy that there are not 10 different stations out blaring each other when I am trying to relax. This really creates a peaceful environment.
I love the lotion selection that they have, and there is even a 30% off bin in the front. The girl at the counter spoke with me about my lotion choices, but never tried to pressure me into getting something that I already had. I hate nothing more than being pressured into getting something right now, even though I already told someone that I do not need it.
The location is close to home, so it is very convienient too.
Another thing that I love is that they do stand by the regulations in the industry. I was told elsewhere that if I wanted to tan and it had not been 24 hours since my last tan, they would just key it in under an employee because it is really not a big deal. This place does not do that. I had to come back over 15 minutes. You may be thinking why does that please me? I had to come back! Well, if they are not short cutting this regulation and sidestepping the law that we can see… it gives me comfort thinking that behind the scenes, things really happen like they should. When the other place told me that they would just key it in and override the law, it made me wonder what else they were shortcutting. When it comes to my time and money, I do not want any shortcuts taken!
Tanning salons are a dime a dozen, and this one is truly worth my time and money, it is not like all of the rest!
