If you like your order made right by people who love their job, come to this Starbucks. Its small, tucked away in a shopping center with no drive thru. But this crew is like a well-​oiled machine. Jen is a little powerhouse, a ray of sunshine. Its great to see this work-​ethic in a young coffeehouse employee; she is going places.
This only gets four out of five stars because I’m not generally a fan of Starbucks and prefer the local coffee route. But I had to rate this particular Starbucks location because they deserve to be recognized.
The place is super clean and quaint. Great for a quick coffee meeting or working on a laptop for a while. I’ll be coming back for sure.

This place has fantastic and fast service! I always get the peppermint mocha and a chocolate croissant! The frappes are always smooth and creamy. Hot chocolate and lattes are never burning hot which is a very good thing! Perfect temperature. Will be back

Wait is usually short. Just wish they had a drive-​thru. Why is it always so damn cold at this location? Don’t forget your sweaters people!

Came here twice and did not get my drink ordered correctly twice. The staff are chick chatting all the time and did not listen to customers. All I am asking is steamed soy milk and they never did it.
Too bad they do not have a Google wifi either.

This Starbucks is in a strip mall with no drive through, so the baristas are dedicated to just the counter. Attentive and fast staff. Terrific.

Quick service with a smile, always! I’ve asked one of their Baristas to make a specialty frap one day — Key Lime Pie. The first attempt was a bit off so they offered to try again. The second time around was perfect. They always appear to be customer focused which is very important, even for a coffee shop :-) I am hoping for a drive-​thru addition to this location soon!

Love the service you get from this location: Friendly and great costumer service. I just wish it wasn’t small because it really gets full in the mornings and I have to wait in line to order and to get my order is another line.

love this starbucks! it is my usual location and they are always ready with my coffee! When I walk up to the counter the barista is usally getting started on it as I always get the same thing. The staff is wonderful and the location is always clean even though it is always busy! Great place!

Starbucks is basically the same everywhere, this being no exception. The drinks and pastries were consistent with every other Starbucks I’ve been to. The service was good, as usual, with the staff being friendly.
Really, there isn’t much to say, this is just like every other Starbucks you’ve gone into and forgotten about.

Top notch service at this location in Katy. The whole crew is very friendly and always making conversation with customers. I am there everyday and it is a great way to start my day.
