Simply Sprinklers

They don’t show up for appointment, and don’t call to let you know their not coming. Was told, don’t ask me i only make the appointments? Really! Unprofessional and Low Ethic Company.

I contacted about ten businesses from their websites regarding fixing my sprinkler system. Only three of them responded and Steven of Simply Sprinklers was the only one that gave me a positive impression.
Steven came in the morning, took a look around, fixed the problems and inspected the whole system and made adjustments as necessary. He was also very professional, friendly and courteous. His fees were also very reasonable compared to the quotes I have received from others.
If your sprinkler system has problems, I would highly recommend Steven and Simply Sprinklers.

Update: I was testing my sprinkler system after Steven left and noticed one sprinkler head in a corner of my yard just gushing out water. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the head itself is missing. It looks like maybe a weed wacker took it out when my lawn was being mowed. I called Steven and he profusely apologized for not catching it during his inspection and offered to come out the next day to fix it. He came today and fixed the broken head and I offered to pay him for his trouble but he refused. I could not be more pleased with his service!
