Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

As a paint contractor I’ve been buying Sherwin-​Williams paint over 30 years. This store management was non existent until the new manager Wes took over the store last year. It is now running like a well oiled machine, except, when you rely on Aaron the assistant manager. Its why I didn’t give 5 stars. You see, Wes can’t be at the store from 7am till 7pm 7 days a week so when he isn’t, Aaron is and if he’s there, ask another employee to help you. I always order my paint in advance so I’m not sitting in the store waiting for it to be mixed. I’ve dropped off paint to be matched with Aaron only to return 3 hours later and see the can I took in unmoved on the counter, or I’ve called in colors and been told my paint would be ready in 30 minutes by Aaron only to find out 90 minutes later when I arrived that it hadn’t been started yet, or I’ve ordered a new spray gun with Aaron when sale was going only to find out 2 weeks later it was never ordered. All and all its a great place to buy your paint and painting supplies, maybe you’ll have better luck with assistant manager, or better yet, Wes will be there. He’s a smart man when it comes to their products and if you don’t know about something they sell, he’ll educate you.

Good selection of colors, and high quality paint. You can call in advance to have the paint mixed before you arrive. Most of the employees are helpful. The brushes, cutting tools and other accessories are over-​priced.
