I started going to this dry cleaner when«American Cleaners» by Free-birds on Mason Rd closed. Only because the woman who worked at American was awesome and moving to Ritz when American closed. It all started out just fine, it wasn’t the awesome customer service that American Cleaners gave, but good service. Then I go in and pick our garments up one time,(after almost a year with Ritz) and my husband’s $ 200 Walter Payton replica jersey looked HORRIBLE!!! Color had bled through the numbers and it looked like DIRT was on it. Mind you, this was NOT the first time they cleaned it. I asked her about it, and she just said, «it happens sometimes» if she at ANY point had told me that, it would NOT have been dry cleaned!!! After I stated it was a $ 200 Jersey, she said«I will have my boss look at it». When I went back in, she said«it happens». I was NOT pleased, and started looking for a new cleaners. Which was hard, since Dad has been in the hospital since OCT… I have not had time to research. THEN, my son dropped our dry cleaning off, and when he went back in to get it, one of his shirts was RIPPED! He asked what happened, and she stated«it was brought in like that», to which he says, «no, it was not torn when I brought it in». She then told him that it must be the shirt then. To which he replied«ALL these shirts are the same, bought at the same time!!!» She then stated«it must be weak thread». I am a VERY easy person to please, but when you screw up and NEVER even say«I’m sorry», or at least TRY and make it right, I am DONE! On top of the fact, that my son(23 years old) would go to pick up stuff, and she would say, «you have nothing here», very rudely, then the next day, I or my son would go back in, and she says«oh you DID have something» REALLY? WEKNOWTHAT!!! Her attitude has gotten worse and worse in the past year. So I went across the street to Paradise Cleaners, and so far so good.
